Nicol and Co were my vendor's estate agents and I found them to be extremely helpful and supportive not only in the purchase of a property, but in the sale of my own property. In particular Kat Grealy in the sales progression department displayed a professionalism and consideration which assisted greatly with this process. There were regular phone calls keeping me updated on progress but also a willingness to explain in simple terms exactly what was happening The professionalism of Nicol and Co was exemplary and if asked, from my own experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending people to use this firm for their sale and/or purchase.

What a credit to the estate agency profession and great breath of fresh air! The Nicol and Co team in Malvern run a top-notch professional service. We used them as buyers of a house they were selling in the Malvern Hills. In particular the following showed the work that they do was far better than other agents that we used in the area or have used in previous house purchases: - the live video that Ellie recorded of the property. This video was so much better than the more "produced" (and often badly edited) videos that other estate agents tend to make because we were able to see - and review at our leisure - all the detail of what the house looked like. We also appreciated the accuracy of the descriptions that Ellie used. - the way in which Hannah helped along the vendors when it became clear they were in a big mess with their Property Information form and were finding it hard to complete. - Hannah's expert negotiations when market conditions changed during the six month process of buying the house - without which we would have walked away from the purchase. Throughout the process the service was always prompt and all phone calls were returned quickly. Whilst we dealt with Hannah and Ellie, all the members of the Nicol and Co team were always bright and helpful. This all means we'd recommend Nicol and Co to both vendors and buyers alike. They always went several steps beyond: a perfect service.

We found the level of service we had from Nicol & Co and in particular Ellie was first class. Although in the end we did not manage to get a property match the attention Ellie gave us was great. My husband and I have been delighted with the excellent service we have received from Nichol and Co Estate Agent, Malvern. We have no doubt in recommending them , especially Hannah. Also , all the team are able to assist you or show you the way to solve your query. The staff are there for you all of the way, helping and guiding you through all the stages of selling your property - assisting you with filling in forms and liasing with Soliciters and Surveyers; wherever necessary. They even use the Services of a retired Soliciter who will come to your house and assist you with filling out the numerous , sometimes, bewildering forms that need completing. In conclusion, Nichol and Co have been a “breath of fresh air” with their young and modern outlook, in buying and selling a property. We would have no hesitation in recommending them if you are thing of moving house.

The Malvern office were fantastic throughout the entire process of my house search and purchase. They were instrumental in finding me a great house, even when faced with a very (very) small search area and all the constraints that COVD brought. Throughout the process every person I interacted with was friendly and super efficient, but a special mention goes to Simon (who first showed me the property), Erica (who followed up so diligently and always kept me updated with properties coming on to the market), and Hannah, who post-offer helped me in chasing solicitors and liaising with the vendor to make things go smoothly (and quickly!). Nicol & Co are absolutely brilliant. From buying our first home with them 3 years ago to now selling that house with them and buying another house with them, I don’t have a single bad thing to say. Through viewing different properties we have dealt with a lot of different estate agents but honestly none of them come close to the service Nicol & Co provide. Every single person I’ve spoken to has been kind, friendly, and professional. Nothing is too much trouble and if there is anything you’re unsure of they are always willing to help. Niamh at the Droitwich branch deserves a special shout out… she gave me a call when they had a property in the pipe line that was exactly what I was after. We managed to agree a sale without the property even having to go live. I honestly can’t recommend them enough and we continue to use them in the future. I recently bought a house in Worcester and having been through this process several times I am very used to dealing with Estate Agents and didn't have very high expectations. Wow was I wrong! Nicol & Co were thorough and professional throughout and their Senior Sales Progressor Leanne Fletcher was an absolute joy to deal with. She was constantly in touch, with updates on how things were progressing, without being pushy, she liaised with all parties regularly, gently reminding and getting things done swiftly. The whole process was done and dusted in ten weeks which is amazing during covid times and current working practices (my last purchase took 6 months!) and that was in no small part because of Leanne's efficiency and tenaciousness. I would absolutely deal with Nicol & Co again and would recommend them without hesitation. In fact to prove a point, I am actually using them to rent the property I have just bought. It is so refreshing not to feel disappointed with the level of customer service given by a company nowadays.

We have been very satisfied with NICOLS and the excellent service from the start. Although not the cheapest they certainly gave us brilliant service with many extras in support along the way. We have had a tricky journey to completion, but Leanne has been working up and down our chain to keep things moving for us.
