5 stars isn't enough for Chloe the manager and the team of professionals therein at Nicol&co. Even though Chloe was acting for the seller, Chloe kept me informed of and there were many, bumps in the road in the process of buying/ selling. Through Chloe I was aware of what was happening, or indeed not happening,in the chain and the action she took to get things moving which seemed, for no apparent reason,to stall many a time. Therefore, as a 'sales progressor' par excellence, like 'Ronseal' she did what it said on the tin to keep the show on the road. Thank you, thank you, thank you, but be careful, as you are giving the profession a good name! Without doubt, best, most proficient, talented team of agents I have ever come across led by the inimitable Chloe. Robert Crooks.

Recently I had my home re valued. Lauren was very helpful at setting this up, great communication keeping me in the loop of what's happening and was very efficient at answering any questions. I highly recommend the team at Nicol & Co. Malvern. I approached three Malvern agents for a market appraisal and all had the same opinion and suggested marketing price and strategy. What stood out for me from Hannah from Nicols and that gave them the business was the comprehensive plan that was demonstrated on the appraisal meeting. I’m pleased to say that Nicol followed this plan and delivered exactly what they promised. Their communication is brilliant, handling all topics by email, phone or text efficiently. The whole team at Nicol Malvern were fantastic supporting us in selling our house. We were in the process of moving overseas and not only did they do everything they could to work to our timeline (even though the buyers ended up definitely not being in a hurry!), they also helped us to finalise everything from the other side of the world. Nicol's fees may be higher than other, more old-fashioned estate agents, but they are worth every single penny. They go the extra mile I always felt that my sale was important to them. All the team in Malvern were fantastic throughout the whole process of our move! We bought through them and sold through them. Ellie dealt with our sale and was brilliant and the rest of the team in Malvern were also great! I've dealt with quite a few estate agents in my life, including probably every single one in Malvern and hand on heart I could say that Nicole and Co agents have stood out. I ended up buying through them but was also considering selling through them - they were the most thorough with the explanation of the selling process, felt very very easy and friendly to deal with and provided the 3D models of the house which other agents(at least at the time) didn't. Would have definitely used them for selling if didn't end up selling within our family. The buying process was made MUCH easier by them compared to my previous experiences, they kept the eye on the ball on my behalf better than I did! If I was too busy to call my solicitor, they did it :) I am really grateful. Everyone (Kat, Eleanor) was very responsive and great but special thanks to Lauren from me from being pro-active and fitting a viewing in for me which resulted in me buying the house which feels like it was made especially for me 💞 The buyer's present box was such a special touch and something I didn't expect at all since their client ultimately was the vendor. I am a sucker for presents anyway, but it was beyond thoughtful, a combination of practical items which when you just moved you might have no idea where they are (toilet roll and paper towels), useful bits like keyrings etc and luxurious fun items like posh salt and tea and interior magazines, whoever came up with that idea is a genius :). If you want an easy, efficient and friendly experience when dealing with property, go with Nicol and Co. Well done, team, I think of you with gratitude in my new house 🙏

Whilst looking for property in Malvern I was lucky enough to view through Nicol and Co. I had already heard glowing reports of them from my son and his wife who bought and sold through them 2 years ago most successfully. My main contact was Lauren. She was polite , helpful and patient whilst I viewed. There was always a follow up call. Unfortunately, the property sold a few days before my own sale. Despite this Lauren still followed up on my progress. I think this company go above and deyond in their client care and would unreservedly recommend them.

Eleanor and Lauren were both fantastic in helping us look for a home in Malvern. They were extremely responsive in setting up viewings and answering queries. We have nothing but respect and gratitude towards the 3 agents at the Malvern office of Nicol and Co: Erica, Ellie and Hannah, who made the stressful process of selling and buying easier. As prospective buyers we chose Nicol and Co, because properties handled by the Co. in our area of Malvern seemed to sell quickly. Erica came to value our house and gave us the confidence to ask for a higher price than we had anticipated. She was professional and enthusiastic. Erica explained that Nicol and Co offered a comprehensive package of advertising, photographs, interactive walk-throughs, and could put us in touch with Simon to take us through a pre-legal form of what documents and evidence we might need to provide. Ellie, always with a smile and reassurance, contacted prospective buyers and helped us to negotiate. Together with Erica, she offered sensible suggestions about both. Once we had accepted an offer, Hannah updated us weekly, and as our sale progressed, and then our purchase (co-incidentally with the same office) she reported more often. Not only that, but she kept things moving along by keeping in touch with solicitors. We're sure that this attention to detail helped to speed up the process. Our whole experience with Nicol and Co has been fantastic from start to finish and I recommend them to anyone looking to use their services . From the initial valuation, viewings and sale with Erica and Alexandra, through to Simon helping with the conveyancing, the experience was incredibly professional, friendly and assertive. Everything was explained very well and they found us a seller very promptly. However a special shout out has to be to Hannah Sheppard who was our Sales progressor. Our sale has not been the easiest but I cannot thank and praise Hannah enough. Not only have I never had to chase her once through the months this sale has been going on as she kept us updated at all times, Hannah used her skill and experience to get our sale over the line. Her patience tolerance level is certainly better than mine and she acted with nothing but the upmost professionalism as well as always being so friendly and positive. Nicol & Co have been brilliant, I’ve had viewings with most of the estate agents in Malvern and they don’t even come close the standard that Nicol set! Since my first contact with them early last year they’ve been so proactive in helping me with my search, Harvey was great at keeping up communication and sending through any properties that fitted my criteria. I’ve had viewings with both Alexandra and Fiona both were informative and gave me enough time to look round and ask any questions I had. I then dealt with Lauren and Hannah once I’d found the right property, who have been amazing, dealing with all of the questions I’ve had throughout the process, nothing was ever to much trouble which made it so much easier for me. Once the offer was accepted, I dealt with Kat who’s great at communicating updates from all parties and letting me know what’s going, why haven’t all estate agents got progressors 😊 From start to finish team Nicol have been outstanding, could not recommend highly enough!
