Our company You won’t find a group of people more in love with Worcestershire than the ladies and gents at Nicol & Co. This beautiful county has everything. Fantastic connections by road and rail, outstanding schools great local sporting venues, culture and entertainment set amongst rolling hills, stunning panoramas and loveable, quaint towns and villages aplenty. We live here, we love here, and every member of our team wants to help you do the same. Matt Nicol established Nicol & Co. Estate Agents in 2009 as a one-man band operating from a small office in Droitwich Spa. His vision was to change the way estate agency was done in Worcestershire; bringing integrity and transparency to an industry that people made jokes about. He is still dedicated to providing the most remarkable service.

FacebookA huge thank you to Leanne Fletcher. We had a slow purchase through Nichol and co due to delays in our mortgage application. All parties were getting nervous as the whether the sale would go through. Leanne handled the all sides with such professionalism, empathy and tenacity. The valuation and marketing of the property was carried out professionally and the house sold within 2 weeks. Sam was totally dedicated to chasing solicitors and keeping us informed at all times, which aided in the completion of our sale within 2 months. I would not hesitate to use Nicol & Co again

Always friendly helpful and knowledgable and willing to solve any issues at the drop of a hat! GoogleWe were very happy with the assistance of Hannah in your Malvern Office. Our move was delayed due to probate, but, Hannah called every week to keep us up to date with the progress. Special mention to Leanne who supported us through a complicated last bit, to exchange and completion. Don’t think twice about using them they are fantastic.

I have had to manage this from a distance and they have worked seamlessly as my agents in putting the house on the market, dealing with viewings, and progressing the sale having found a buyer.
