Our company You won’t find a group of people more in love with Worcestershire than the ladies and gents at Nicol & Co. This beautiful county has everything. Fantastic connections by road and rail, outstanding schools great local sporting venues, culture and entertainment set amongst rolling hills, stunning panoramas and loveable, quaint towns and villages aplenty. We live here, we love here, and every member of our team wants to help you do the same. Matt Nicol established Nicol & Co. Estate Agents in 2009 as a one-man band operating from a small office in Droitwich Spa. His vision was to change the way estate agency was done in Worcestershire; bringing integrity and transparency to an industry that people made jokes about. He is still dedicated to providing the most remarkable service.

FacebookNicol and Co are fastidious up to the minute and earn their fees! our sale ended up being nearly 6 months. The Malvern team worked collaboratively to keep on top of all the complications. They were tenacious; especially Hannah in sales progression. what a fantastic company 100% recommend as a buyer or seller.

Sarah in rentals and Leanne in sales have both been amazing even when at times things became less than straightforward! FacebookI have been looking for a flat in the Droitwich/Worcester Area for some time. Although my budget was very tight that did not put Mia Fletcher off trying over several months. From time to time she called and asked if I was still looking. She retained my on her books and never lost interest in trying for me. She would call and ask how I was, have a minute or two for a conversation and was always a ray of sunshine. She was polite and professional at all times and is a credit to Nical and Co and a real ambassador for them.Jim Cooper
