GoogleI wanted to share a big thanks to you and the team at Holdens for the work you put into selling our property. We both recognise the efforts you put into creating the sales package, listening to and absorbing our initial renovation intentions, showing the interested buyers, securing the final sale price and then managing the process through to completion. As we are 6,000 miles away, the sale of the property would never have happened without all the efforts given by the team and for that we are very grateful.

GoogleI cannot recommend Holden Estate Agents enough! My selling experience was hit with lots of problems with the chain collapsing which was extremely stressful, and immediately Holden were straight back on to arranging viewings and finding a new buyer for me! The communication was fantastic, they were always contactable, professional and friendly! I wouldn't have been able to trust anybody else with the sale they were just amazing! Thank you again for helping us secure our dream home!

GoogleVery professional, very clear and very honest. Rally changed my idea of estate agents ;). Ryan, Darryl and the whole team were very very helpful. Even when it came to my buying process, which wasn’t their responsibility, they really helped. From the beginning, it was clear that they are not going to promise too much or exaggerate to try and sell themself. I always felt welcomed when I rang, to ask a question or get an advice. I really recommend Holden if you want to sell your house!

GoogleWe felt confident that we would be given help to find the right property for us and this proved to be true. All communication was efficient and friendly with the office and we were able to book and arrange viewings promptly and easily. From start to finish we were given such good service and only had to ask a question and it was answered. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

GoogleHolden Estate Agents have been fantastic. We bought a property through them and they have gone above and beyond to help us ensure exchange and completion went smoothly. We even ended up asking them for advice and support with our own sale even though they were not our agents. Their communication was excellent and they were always very professional. We would definitely choose them as our agents next time and recommend them to friends and family.

I called to enquire about a property I was interested in viewing and spoke to one of the directors Ryan Holden who was extremely rude and wasn't interested at all in organising a viewing, he was hugely insulting. There is no need for this sort of behaviour when simply making an enquiry about a property. It doesn't even deserve the 1 star but I'm unable to put the post up without it.

GoogleHolden were always quick to provide us with updates and able to answer any questions thrown at them. When things would go quiet, we could always count on them to chase any potential queries with solicitors or to reassure us that everything was in hand. We won't be selling anytime soon as we have found the home of our dreams - however, if we ever reach the point where we will be selling this property, Holden will be the estate agent we use.

We felt respected and this is something we really appreciate. I would like to add that it has been an absolute pleasure to work with Amy, as she is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and professional and has always been in contact with us throughout the process, offering advice and answering our questions. We would highly recommend Holden Estate Agents to anyone who wants to buy a property, we have no experience of selling or renting with them, but based on our interaction I would bet that they do a great job in terms of selling and renting properties as well. GoogleFrom the moment Holden come round to quote for marketing our house, I knew they were the perfect estate agent for us. They are extremely professional with a wealth of knowledge of the Maldon area and were more than happy to answer my 1001 questions, which were not all sale related. Our house sold within a week of being on the market and we obtained the price we were looking for. Our sale did not go without hiccups but Holden were in constant communication with us and chasing the other estate agents in the chain and solicitors to ensure the process could go as smoothly as possible. Holden's were friendly and gave good advice to us throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Holden and they are definitely good value for money.

GoogleHolden Estates are a class act and a true representation of how an estate agent should operate. If you are moving house in the Maldon or Heybridge area then you should use them! My move started just before Covid hit and during a time that no one had ever experienced before they really made the process as smooth and as least stressful as possible. Everyone that I spoke to was fantastic but a special mention has to go to Amy who really stuck her neck out on a number of occasions, was really responsive and genuinely had my best interests at heart. I would not think twice about using them again and would recommend them to all my friends and family. My move completed in December 2020 and I couldn't be happier with the experience with Holdens. GoogleWe have just completed on our sale with Holden acting as our estate agent. The whole team is brilliant - these aren't the easiest times to be conducting business I am sure but everyone carried on in the most professional manner. They take the time to get to know their clients so that they don't waste anyone's time by arranging pointless viewings. They are straight forward to deal with, give honest advice, and very easy to talk to. We haven't moved house for almost 18 years so really appreciated the help and guidance we received. We had some hiccups along the way but every time I had a concern my mind was put to rest with just a phone call. Their high reputation is well deserved - honest, polite, professional, not at all pushy (not the stereotypical picture of an estate agent!) and a local firm which was important to us. I would absolutely recommend these guys without any hesitation at all.
