Having dealt with various estate agents for the sale, purchase & the rest of our chain, I can honestly say that Maldon Holden were above and beyond the others. Phil could not have been more helpful with our purchase if he tried, my only regret was not having discovered this before putting our house for sale with another agent. I have no plans to move again anytime soon but if we ever did, I would 100% use them to sell, and pray that the house I wanted to buy is being sold through them! I will be definitely recommending them to anyone else also.

We sold in 2.5 weeks, although initially this was actually 1.5 weeks, but fell through with that buyer. A second buyer within the week and sold. Very conscientious throughout.
