GoogleI cant thank Sarah Fowler enough, she has completely changed my opinion on estate agents, we haven't been the easiest of buyers as we were very particular in our search but she was patient, always made time for us and worked tirelessly to find us our next home. Sarah has been super helpful throughout the process and we couldn't have done it without her, thank you!

GoogleI used Wards letting recently for a property in Maidstone that was not moving with another agent for over 6 weeks. They did a super job with proper photographs and getting it rented quickly to lovely people. Abigail Cantrell looked after things and she was great! A pleasure to deal with someone who gets on with what they say they are going to do, keeps you up to date and sorts problems out. More than happy to recommend and use again.

GoogleDon’t bother. The communication is terrible. They put an ‘open house’ and book people in before even asking whether that would be okay. Don’t let you know when there are viewings. People cancel and they don’t update you so you just end up wasting your time cleaning the house for nothing. I’ve had to complain 3 times and still nothing has changed.

GoogleWe chose Wards (Maidstone) to sell a house for us as they stood out from other estate agents (I particularly liked their matterport feature). The whole Maidstone team were very professional & friendly. 'Holly Smith' whom we dealt with mainly was exceptional & kept us up to date through the whole process. 'Tina Styance' was our progressor who got things moving along as we were exchanging contracts & completion. We'd definitely use them again & I'd highly recommend them too! GoogleI did the standard thing of getting three estate agents out to look to market my flat for sale and the sole reason I chose Wards over the others was their agent; Caleb. People don’t buy into services or things, they buy into personalities. Caleb has this in abundance, he knew his stuff and immediately instilled with me confidence. I signed the papers the next day. Caleb didn’t only try and sell my flat to potential buyers, they were all vetted by himself and he even came in on his day off to show me new properties and show potential buyers around mine. Unfortunately I took a knock on my flat due to the way the market is at current, which isn’t Caleb’s fault at all, which was a shame as I’d have loved to have given him a couple of hundred quid for being so attentive and really appearing like he cared. Thanks again Caleb, a credit to your branch and company as a whole.

After the sale of the property l experienced a complete lack of communication and empathy from.the agent. Despite repeated attempts to get assistance. They failed to contact the seller after collecting their commission. Their handling of the situation was highly unprofessional showing no willingness to support or resolve outstanding issues. Overall the service provided was below expexmctation and l would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a a reliable and responsible agent.
