Having previously worked in the Estate Agency industry for five years, I can confidently say he exemplifies everything you would want from an agent, especially for a buyer navigating a purchase with a tight timeline. Wasim was readily available, proactive with updates, and effective at nudging all parties along to keep the process moving. He consistently demonstrated a willingness to assist in any way to ensure the transaction was completed successfully. It was incredibly reassuring to know that he understood the stakes, particularly with my need to secure a home well ahead of the deadline for choosing the right schools for my children. Never again!

Having bought and sold many times over the years, I can honestly say this (we dealt with Andrew at the Larkfield branch) has been the worst experience of any estate agent I have ever dealt with (and there have been many brilliant ones!). My advice would be to take the sales pitch to get the instruction with a (massive) pinch of salt - so much of the service described wasn't subsequently delivered. And, if you are making offers on properties through them, be very wary as they openly share the names, contact details, budget and offers made (in my experience going back three years!), as part of getting people to market properties with them (and yes, I have the evidence and am sharing it with the ICO). Never again!

We have used Simon Miller and Co a couple of times now and the last 2 times under the watchful eye of Wasim and his team, and we couldn't be happier. From the house being marketed brilliantly to finding the right buyers to bring through the door to then achieving maximum market values. Communication is also great and even when we had some difficulties with certain legal dealings they bridged the whole thing together to make it all work out well. All in all a really good company and great service.

I cant praise the Maidstone Team enough, everyone has been amazing from start to finish. They handled all the viewings for us, gave us feedback after every one, actively prompted our property, produced a fabulous brochure and kept us updated all the way along. Due to our purchasers we had a few hiccups along the way and the manager Wasim was brilliant at keeping things progressing and keeping us calm too. The team are all very strong and professional. if your selling you are selling or buying you wont get a better service anywhere else

I want to start by thanking the whole team at Simon Miller for all of their hard work and determination to provide the upmost quality service and outcome for us. A special mention needs to go to Was our handler though. From the very first moment we met him we were nothing short of impressed. We had 4 different estate agents come out to see our house with Was at Simon miller being the last and we really did save the best until last. I never understood when people said one of the most stressful things in life is moving house until we moved house, but despite this Was was there with us every single step of the way keeping us informed and putting us at ease. Even when we had obstacles in the way with brokers ect misscommunicating, Was took our frustration on like a complete champ as granted we weren’t the easiest clients! 🤣 I would choose Simon miller over and over again and I honestly could not recommend them enough. Was your passion and determination is admirable and you really are an absolute pleasure to deal with and Simon miller should be very proud to have an employer like you as the don’t come around often, they are lucky to have you. Dan and his team in larkfield branch was excellent from start to finish, we sold our house pretty quickly and the team helped us with regular updates regarding our conveyancing, we couldn’t get in touch with our solicitor at one point but the team managed to contact her and put pressure on her to make sure everything goes smoothly. Their charge was less than the competitor as well.Highly recommended if you wanna have a piece of mind and easy transaction with house sale.

We have just completed on our dream house and Kelly at Simon Miller, West Malling, has been amazing throughout the whole process. From the first valuation we knew we wanted to work with her - we felt she was on our side, supportive, helpful and never pushy. She sold our house 3 times very quickly due to buyers dropping out, and secured us an excellent price. Our search area was very small and the market was moving very fast, but she calmly assured us she would find us somewhere and she did! Kelly was able to secure us viewings before anyone else of properties that hadn’t even made it online yet. She even stepped in to speed up the conveyancing process whenever it seemed to stall. Seling from oversea's a breeze; Wasim and team put my mind at ease...

Having resided in Australia for 12 years, I recently decided to sell my home/investment in Maidstone, with a certain level of trepidation of not being nearby to oversee the sale. I contacted several local agencies and was particularly impressed with the pro-active approach, confidence and positive pricing which Wasim and the Simon Miller team offered... and I wasn't left disappointed. Wasim and the team managed the whole marketing and sale process and maintained a regular feedback loop with me, sympathetic to vast time differences, to update me on progress throughout. Ultimately they managed to achieve the asking price, which was significantly above any other price-estimate received. His knowledge of supply and demand factors, and local market conditions were outstanding and the level of customer service offered (even collecting and emailing my final post and meter readings) was well over and above my expectations. Finally... an Estate Agent that is professional and straight talking

We switched agents to Simon Miller after endless frustrations with our previous agent and our only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner! Kelly Smith, Sales Manager was professional and straight talking - exactly what we wanted and so unlike all the other agents that visited us. We were pleased to have other members of the team come and visit too and get to know us and the property and felt confident that they could provide perspective buyers with the right information. Kelly was realistic about pricing and strategy and communicated with us in a way that was refreshingly honest. Selling a house through Brexit and a pandemic was challenging but we always felt that we were kept in mind and that the team genuinely were on our side throughout the process. Even with a few bumps in the road we always felt confident that a solution would be found and reassured that there was a plan in place!
