Jeremy showed us round the property that we ended up buying. He kept us well informed about progress and was especially helpful towards the end of the sale when some of the progress was particularly slow. After the terrible experience of Purple Bricks we turned to Simon Miller. From the minute I telephoned to make an enquiry to the minute we handed over the keys on completion we were treated professionally, respectfully and felt safe in their hands. Feedback was given after every viewing both positive and negative. Nothing was ever too much trouble and all telephone calls and emails were responded to without delay. Definitely recommend you guys. It took some time to sell my house, but Jeremy and his team stayed with me for the long haul. When I was actually on the market there was never a shortage of people asking to view; we actually sold the house at least 4 times, but through no fault of SM&Co a number of these sales fell through (well all of them except the last one, obviously)

Lovely experience with Simon Miller. Andrew was very approachable, friendly and dedicated. Will definitely be using them again in the future. After nearly purchasing through a different Estate Agents, whos service we found very disappointing, Simon Miller were a breathe of fresh air.

Wasim and his Team are very pro-active. Negotiated a great price for our sale which wasnt the highest offer but was the best buyer...the buyer was that perfect for us Simon Miller supported our solicitors to complete the sale in just 5 weeks, yes 5 weeks!! We had a very bad experience with Your Move that ended up costing us thousands so avoid at all costs. If Simon Miller cover your area then do not look anywhere else, best in the area.

I'm not at all surprised that this will sound like a repeat.Wasim Amir (Barming manager working out of Maidstone office) was exceptional from start to finish. Charming, inspiring trust and confidence, fair, totally on top of his art, personally involved, outstanding communication, receptive, responsive. Relatively quick and very straightforward process, painless, in excess of asking price.What's not to like? I'd love to proof read and spell check the branch paperwork which doesn't fairly reflect the level of service it underpins. Yes, I did raise it at an early stage with the sales staff but didn't get the response I would have liked and let it rest.I'm confident that Wasim will now 'get it done' (over to you!).
Wasim and his team work hard as a collective to provide the best price and service for their clients. That said, there is always room for improvement!I have no doubt that Wasim will take on board your comments. Thank you .

We asked Simon Miller and company to sell our house - we bought it a few years ago via them and found their service to be excellent.We had a number of viewings as soon as the house was put on the market and the staff at Simon Miller carried out all of them. They were careful to check that all the viewings were convenient and made sure that they were carried out using COVID safe guidelines.The sale was not an easy one as our buyers had problems with their buyers but the Simon Miller team stayed focused and made sure that the issues that arose were overcome and that the sale took place. They kept us fully informed and reassured us when any problems came up.All the staff we dealt with were good but I would have to mention in particular the manager, Wasim and his colleague Jeremy for their expert and patient help and support. We would recommend Simon Miller to anyone in the area and would use them again without question.

After 6 months with purple bricks, we saw the light and gave Jeremy a call, having never sold a house before let alone my parents home of 42 years I was trying to climb a ridiculous mountain, I thought not possible.
