I have been so impressed with Simon Miller Estate Agents, but particularly Wasim Amir. He was very sympathetic to our situation of losing three parents in less than two months and then having to sell two houses simultaneously. Throughout the process he was incredibly efficient and proactive, ensuring that both house sales proceeded with the least stress possible. I would highly recommend Simon Miller Estate Agents and cannot thank them enough.

We just wanted to say a big thank you to all the team at Larkfield for handling the sale of our house in Leybourne and purchase of our house in Ditton.Katie and Dan worked really hard to sell our property and despite it being a very slow time of year, Dan got us a price we were very happy with. Katie we felt was very honest with us all the way through and gave us some great advice, we were very sad to see her leave.Georgie then took over and (somehow!) held the chain together for us, keeping us as well informed as she was able. Georgie or Dan were always available to give us an update when needed. We felt like the whole team at Larkfield worked really hard on both our sale and purchase. We were so glad we didn't go with an online agent, where we would not have received that level of support. We felt Simon Miller were excellent value for money.

We have just exchanged at the end of a very stressful purchase process and I must say that the support from Simon Miller only improved as the situation dragged on. The Larkfield office has proven to be very patient and client orientated, although that wasn't our initial impression but it seems that is due more to the system than the agent. Dan Osborne has dealt with my waffling, ranting, naivety, frustrations, elations and everything in between in the most professional manner and I must say that, even though there were times I felt we weren't getting anywhere at all, with hindsight I now know that's the system and that Dan was doing his utmost to move a very complicated process along.I'd like to think we'll see Dan around and when we do we owe him a beer as a genuine thanks for his efforts and for putting up with me calling/emailing almost every day for the past 7 months!

I used Simon Miller (Bearsted Branch) for the sale of my property in January 2018.Richard and Lucy were in short amazing, I could not have asked for better customer service and commitment to ensuring things went well. During the actual sale Lucy went well above and beyond to keep the chain progressing and I believe was key to the completion going through on time.We have now been in our new home for just over a couple of months and are absolutely loving it!!Richard and Lucy are a real credit to Simon Miller, the people make the organisation, and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Georgie & the team at Larkfield have been absolutely amazing. From helping us to find a property that we loved right through to keeping us up to date every step of the way when we were waiting for the sale to go through.I loved how even when Georgie was out of the office someone else always knew the situation and was able to help.I would definitely use Simon Miller for any future sales and if I ever needed to find another property.

Patricia and her team have been excellent throughout my purchase of the property. The process became quite tricky due to the vendor's totally useless conveyancer but Patricia continuously pushed things along on behalf of the vendor and went above and beyond what would be expected of an estate agent. Even to the point of hiring a van and helping the elderly lady move out when she was let down by the removal company at the last minute! Highly recommended.

Having lived in our home in Bearsted for 35 years, it was a huge decision to move to West Sussex to be nearer our children and grandchildren. We are so pleased we chose Simon Miller to help with the emotional process of selling our beloved family home, as it was a long process from 30th July 2017, until January 2018, due to both ends of our long chain having problems. However, we retained our buyers, who were introduced by Simon Miller, and successfully purchased the property we'd chosen in May 2017. Richard Long was very professional in managing our expectations with regard to a realistic selling price. The staff in general were all very helpful, but Lucy White was brilliant in making us feel confident that all would be well. She regularly kept us informed of any progress, and always returned phone calls promptly, and actually recognised our voices so knew our case without our having to explain the details every time we called. She was very professional and positive when conducting viewings, and we had no negative feedback from prospective buyers, only that the house didn't quite meet their particular needs. We are thrilled that Simon Miller introduced us to a lovely young family with two daughters under 5 years old, who have "stuck with us" since their offer in October 2017. They will replicate our family unit when we moved here, except our daughters were 7 and 5 years old. They absolutely love our property as much as we do, and can't wait to move in. We now look forward to the next chapter of our lives, knowing our home is in good hands.

From start to finish dealing with Simon Miller and Lucy in particular has been nothing but a pleasure. We found our perfect first home on Right Move at the eleventh hour contacted Simon Miller to try and view the property there and then, without hesitation Lucy agreed and met us there. We have made all sorts of silly requests and to be honest very fussy and potentially even pushy but Lucy has acted with such professionalism and I genuinely believe she truly cares about each individual person involved. I would recommend Simon Miller to everyone if asked but would recommend Lucy specifically to anyone and everyone. A true professional and a genuinely nice person. 10/10 for Lucy.

Lucy has been a shining light in what has been a very tricky sale. My house had three other parties involved; Maidstone Borough Council, Kingswood Parish Council and Orbit Housing Association. She was able to communicate clear and concisely to my eventual buyers the situation and kept them on-side at all times, something that lesser agents I think would have just given up on. My sale was different to many others and Lucy showed her ability to deal with a confusing situation that was essentially out of her hands. Her kindness, positivity and good communication made me feel confident throughout and I think she deserves special commendation for her tenacity and professionalism. She has been brilliant!!
