My House Sale Experience With Simon Miller Estate Agents

I switched agents to Simon Miller following a poor experience with another local estate agents. Wasim, the Manager at Simon Miller Barming Office, provided me with confidence from the outset that I would receive a good service and get the price I desired, and he kept to his word. The sale process had a few hiccups, but at any point during this Wasim reassured me and followed through very swiftly on any matters of concern. As the sale progressed and I was passed to another team, Wasim was still available and acted in a truly honest, professional and friendly manner at all times and it was a pleasure dealing with him.

Great experience!

Jeremy's approach has been very professional throughout the whole process. He obviously has many years of expreience and helped us with any situation that arose. He made our sale go as smoothly as possible regardless of the difficulties imposed by another member of the chain using 'Muve Conveyancers' of Richmond. (The solicitors recommended by Siomon Miller have been fantastic and, Jeremy and ourselves were able to speak to them directly by telephone instead of just emails.) We would recommend Jeremy and the Simon Miller team to everyone.

I cannot recommend Simon Miller enough. Right from the start Jeremy at the Maidstone branch was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions when I viewed the flat, as well as providing useful suggestions, and allowed me plenty time to view as well as accommodating a second viewing a couple of days later. The sales progression team, especially Liberty, were an absolute godsend in liaising with all parties and keeping me up to date - it was a rather protracted purchase and they were absolutely brilliant throughout. I am so happy to have found such a perfect flat and cannot wait to settle in!

To say Wasim went above and beyond for us is an understatement. Having just moved to the UK from Canada, we were unsure of the home buying process and frustrated with the other agents we were dealing with. To be honest, we were giving up hope of finding a home. Wasim and the team at Simon Miller Maidstone are amazing! Nothing is too much trouble and they are very responsive and professional. Wasim carried out our evaluation and soon had it in the market with plenty of viewings and offers. We invited Wasim Amir for an initial consultation for the sale of our property. Wasim promptly turned up the next day. He was very well prepared for the meeting, candid with his assessment and had all the comparable for marketing the property at the right price. After being disappointed by another estate agency, we were impressed by Wasim's vast knowledge, confidence and marketing strategy and instructed him on the same day. Gemma was quick to collate all the initial documentation and information to set up our property file. Wasim wasted no time and started the process within a couple of hours of instructing Simon Miller. The whole team Wasim, Jeremy, Paige, Elliot and Gemma are very enthusiastic, polite; you can clearly see their passion for work and knowledge of properties. We decided to contact Simon Miller & Company to sell our house and was very impressed with the service the team provides. Our property was valued by Wasim Amir who was informative and had come prepared for our meeting. Fantastic service

We joined the agency to find a new house, I enrolled, and straight away I was alerted to a house. Unfortunately, that one wasn't suitable but Mollie kept in touch and rang me one afternoon and said she thought of us with regards to a new house which was soon to be coming onto the market. I really appreciated that she thought of us and remembered what our criteria were. We went to see it and now we are in the process of buying it! Firstly let me thank all at simonmiller but in particular Richard.It’s been a difficult time what with initially selling our house at the beginning of COVID pandemic. Slow start and reduced staff members was challenging for us and Simon Miller.However since dealing with Richard, our opinion on Simonmiller has massively changed. I truly believe Richard has gone above and beyond. All we’ve ever wanted is honesty, and communication. Richard gave us positive updates, updates even if there was nothing to report. Was expecting a better service

I was informed by Tony that he had lots of people looking for property in the area, vetted buyers were ready to view the moment the contract was signed. It was all put in a very positive light. I was really disappointed when this did not happen and no potential buyers viewed in the early stages. All the viewings came much later down the line and to my knowledge only from the online advert. Getting updates was an issue and i had to chase on several occasions. I would have given a much higher score if I had been given updates from day 1, everything just went quiet. On the bright side Kelly was my key contact in the final weeks before the sale was completed, she was by far the most helpful, great to work with and called me weekly with updates.
