Consequently we viewed a lot of properties. Simon Miller were the only estate agents that constantly came through with what we were looking for. Wasim is quite literally unbelievable. From the moment I picked up the phone to enquire about a valuation, to completing on my sale, Wasim has been a shining example of what an Estate Agent in this day and age should be. Always available, always helpful and forever pushing my sale through, to the very end. Forget worrying about saving 1% extra on a fee and pay this man what he’s worth - He got me nearly 10% over market value for my property and I’m so happy with how the entire process went. Give this man a pay rise. In fact no, give this man a bloody knighthood!!

This company was absolutely fantastic…

This company was absolutely fantastic getting us sorted out being first time buyers. They were very punctual and catered for all of our needs along the whole process. Being a first time buyer there are obviously a number of stresses and worries that you have, Wasim Amir and his team also recommended a solicitor that was absolutely fantastic. The whole team and the solicitor was great during this time of the corona virus and even with that going on everything continued smoothly as it should and we were kept fully updated at all times. We are now moved in and very happy with our home. Top marks.

Excellent customer service from a team that really makes a difference

The whole team at Simon Miller, West Malling were never anything less than fantastic when selling my home. They stepped in when I was completely failed by another estate agent and worked hard to get my property back on the market as quickly as possible. As a bit of a novice when it comes to buying and selling properties they supported me every step of the way. I was always filled with confidence that they were doing everything needed to get the right people viewing my property through to getting the right offer. At the end of the process they really helped chase all parties solicitors involved in the chain, making the process a lot easier for me. I couldn’t fault any part of my experience with all the team at the West Malling branch in particular Kelly and Isabella and am so grateful for all the hard work they all put into the sale of my property.

Simon Miller West Malling have just helped us sell and buy a house and I have to say their service has been excellent. We first dealt with Tony who was friendly, professional and courteous. Many estate agents have a bad…

Many estate agents have a bad reputation but the staff at Simon Miller really are second to none. The professionalism, customer service, super fast communication and market knowledge of these guys really did amaze me. The buyers solicitor was absolutely terrible but these guys kept pursuing and overcoming many problems. Special thanks to Samuel Edmonds, a true credit to the company whose communication was impeccable and really did put me at ease at every stage, regardless of what problems arose, which was no fault of him or Simon Miller. This genuinely is the easiest review I have ever written and I have already recommended one friend to them who was close to going with the dreaded Purple Bricks (steer clear). Thanks guys and gals.
