Lucy was very courteous and helpful at all times and informed us when contracts were exchanged even before our solicitor did. She chased up to investigate conveyancing delays throughout the sale process and informed me of any updates and was full of good wishes and congratulations when our purchase was settled. She was also the one who handed over the keys and was as excited as us about it!
Clearly you were delighted with the service provide by Lucy at the Beartsed office. Having opened the office September 2014, we are competing against some very well established Estate Agents. Fortunately for us we differentiate ourselves by providing exceptional levels of service. Lucy makes it her priority to keep our clients well informed throughout the buying and selling process. It is nice to hear such positive comments about the service she provides.

GoogleI chose Simon Miller to hadle the sale of my house, because i was aware of their local reputation, and knowledge of the area. From the initial visit all the way through to handing the keys over, i can understand why they have the excellent reputaion they have. Particular standout members of staff are Kelly and Wesley, and the absolute star of the show is Wasim. It was a difficult process due to the changing market conditions, but we managed to sell for a price that worked for us, and would highly recommend using Simon Miller & Co again if i was selling in the area.

GoogleSimon Miller were great from start to finish, finding the perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness which would encourage me to not only sell my house through them but also purchase. My mantra beforehand would be that you’re investing in the person or team to sell your house and they certainly lived up to expectations in that regard. The team were all incredibly helpful both on the viewings through to the follow up admin that comes after and can often be very stressful. The latter which Kelly and Wasim in particular helped with no end often going above and beyond with and I’m greatly appreciative of, as we navigated multiple unexpected stressful scenarios on the conveyancing side. Thanks to all the Simon Miller team and an overall incredibly positive experience with the Maidstone Team.

Right from finding my long searched for bungalow, I found Lucy and her team from Richard the Manager to the admin staff to be very helpful, focused and proactive in both selling my new found property very quickly to processing the purchase of my new home. We sold our house with SM and to be honest they where brilliant. The move was not at all straight forward and it was very stressful as most moves are . Libby was always checking on what was happening and keeping us up to date . She was so helpful. Wasim the manager was very professional and helped us also . It was a tricky start to the process, our first set of buyers were not the most proactive and the lady at SM who initially dealt with our matter was not as proactive either. However, after our first buyers pulled out Kelly was very quick to pick things up and, knowing our purchaser was placing a lot of pressure on completing quickly, as well as the added pressure of our mortgage deadline, Kelly swiftly secured a second buyer. Matters vastly improved when Kelly took over! She was on the ball, and very proactive, chasing up our buyers, their buyers, the various solicitors in the chain and also helping me chase our managing agents/developer for information. I would not hesitate to recommend Kelly at SM. She did an amazing job getting everything in place before the deadline. Shoutout to Tony as well who I know was diligently working away in the background for us as well, and whenever Kelly wasn't available he would be there to do whatever needed to be done. Both of them are clearly very knowledgeable and experienced - a great team. Thank you so much!

We would highly recommend the Larkfield team, in particular Kelly and Tony, to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. From our first meeting with Tony we were sure that we would sell our home through Simon Miller, he is a very down to earth guy who we could tell had a wealth of knowledge of the area. Our home is on a very popular estate and we had a buyer secured within a couple of weeks. The team then worked tirelessly to find us a property which ticked all of our boxes and trust me there were many! After viewing around 4 different properties, they struck gold, finding us a perfect family home before it had even gone live on the market! We put in an offer and it was quickly accepted. Unfortunately our original buyers pulled out but the team were quick to get our house back out there on the market and it was sold again in 2 weeks, they even managed to ensure our purchase didn't fall through which we will be forever grateful for. It was then a gruelling 4/5 months for all involved but especially Kelly, having to deal with an incompetent solicitor. Kelly spent hours of her time emailing, calling, trying to ensure that nothing fell through and that progress could be made. It was a long and stressful journey for us but ultimately I do feel it could've been 10x worse had it not been for the work and service that Kelly and the Larkfield team provided.We are happy and settled in our new home and it is all thanks to Simon Miller, thanks a million.Lucy, Andy and Zachary.

My experience selling with them was that they were very good up to and during the sale date. Very efficient, prompt, and responsive. They sold the property on the sales day which is exactly what we wanted. We sold at asking price.They did allow non-progressable people to view the property, even those that weren't even on the market.Thought the sales progression was average at best. The online Property Portal is still out of date, even the day prior to completion it shows that only 50% of the sales process is completed, and that contract submissions are outstanding. But we got there in the end.Team are all friendly and helpful.
