I am renting with Sandersons for a while now, so things happen and life gets in between sometimes. Well. these people always go the extra mile whenever an issue arises. There are times when things just make you angry because they have to happen "out of office hours", however, this team always puts a patch to resolve. For me 10/10

I have been applying for a flat and Anita (New homes manager) has been there every step of the way, ensuring the process goes smoothly. Sales side very good. Once passed over to the Progression Team it all ends rather messy I am afraid. Had a cash buyer who had been checked to be so. Turned out they wasn't. Waited …

Our house move was unduly protracted as a result of the lock down but despite fraught and stressful circumstances the staff at Sandersons remained calm and professional throughout, communicating clearly. They have also been willing to be flexible where appropriate and ’go the extra mile’ when that was needed.

The team at the Maidstone brunch made our move in so seamless and exciting for us, they were very helpful, understanding and extremely professional....someone was always Available to assist with any questions we had and I would definitely be recommending them to my friends and family who are looking for property! 5star service!!

Sandersons handled the marketing of our rental property and finding us tenants. The photos they took and marketing online were fantastic and we now have some great tenants who love the house. The process was straight forward and hassle free. We will definitely use them again on another property we are refurbishing now.

Very unhelpful!! Showe me a property that I wanted to let !! They never returned my calls or just kept saying they couldn't get hold of the landlord. In the end they never called me back and I gave up useless agents discriminating of a single mother !!!

Incapable of organising property management. Poorly managed and inefficient. To add insult to injury the level of arrogance is unforgivable. I wonder if they will try claiming that they have no record of me? I had organised the non-residential landlord approval within 24hrs. Your facts, unsurprisingly, are incorrect.

We are sorry you feel this way and are aware of your situation. You asked us to take over the management of your property with tenants in situ from another agent in Maidstone. Unfortunately, this undertaking was not as straight forward as we would have hoped, for a number of reasons outside of our control. We always adhere to best practice and while making the arrangements for the management of your property in order to collect the rent correctly, within the parameters of the law, you were struggling to organise your Non-Resident Landlord approval which was in your case a requirement by law. To complicate matters, the previous agents were not co-operating with our requests for deposit monies and documentation, again required by law. Following the experience that we had with you during this period, we released you from our agreement, without notices or charges which would usually be due for terminating a contract. I understand this was also the case with your previous agents. Compliance and maintaining high industry standards are our priority. We are sorry the ongoing business relationship was not going to be possible and wish you all the best with the management of your property moving forward. Sandersons Property Management

Do not rent with Sandersons!

This is the 2nd time I have rented with them, I thought maybe the 1st time around we were just unlucky...but no. Customer service is awful! Do not expect a response to emails the first time, you have to send at least 2 to get an answer within 2 weeks! The staff are so grumpy and rude. The maintenance reporting system is awful, it asks you to call to report and then you're told you've done the wrong thing. They are all serving to the landlords, not to service the tenant at all. If you think you will get your deposit back...think again. I have rented with 6 different agencies and always got my full deposit back, apart from Sandersons even after leaving the property in an even better condition than received.I am yet to find out what will happen with my current deposit. Many other problems throughout the past year that I have never experienced with any other agent. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM!

Terrible experienceI ordered over £440 worth of items online they decided to only send 2 items , the rest of the £297.50 items were never received. They fob you off ignore you and pocket the funds from you, then are completely indifferent thereafter. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ITEMS NOR HAVE THEY GIVEN ME MY MONEY BACK. This is theft.
