GoogleMy husband and I had an appalling experience with Haart as our letting agency. The property they rented to us was falsely advertised as clean and habitable, but when we moved in, it was far from that. The apartment was filthy, with dog hair everywhere (despite being a no-pets property) and black mold in multiple areas, creating serious health risks. The agency’s failures didn’t stop there. They provided incorrect and incomplete tenancy documentation, including an expired EPC and missing landlord information. Critical safety hazards, like a defective fire alarm and overheating appliances, were ignored despite multiple complaints. Many appliances were broken, and we were even forced to replace a washing machine at our own cost, with no reimbursement provided. Communication was dreadful, with our calls and emails often ignored or addressed only after repeated follow-ups. Their unprofessionalism caused us significant distress. We spent weeks chasing basic responses and were even suggested to terminate our tenancy without regard to the financial or emotional impact it would have on us. I strongly advise anyone considering Haart to look elsewhere. Their lack of care, transparency, and accountability makes them a terrible choice for tenants.

GoogleHaving spoken with Karen Duke (Maidstone Branch) on the morning of 1st August letting her know what kind of property we were looking for we were blown away with the property she recommended we view. On entering the property it was immediately apparent that Karen had listened fully as we were smitten straightaway. We would highly recommend using haart as Karen was nothing but proffessional and as she was meant to be on leave she totally put herself out to ensure we got the service over and above our expectations.

GoogleIt's been a long road but we finally got there. Karen was great keeping us updated when the property was on the market. She really is a shining light in estate agency, always bubbly and keen to help. If you are looking to move and you want someone who is passionate about helping you move then you won't find anyone better than Karen. Unfortunately after the sale was agreed communication came to a halt under previous management and we felt like we had been abandoned. That was until Stuart became the new Senior Branch Manager. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. He has been amazing, constant updates, helping us at every turn, he's on the ball and has been a breath of fresh air. I honestly couldn't thank him enough. Without these two people this review would have been very different!

GoogleTelephoned the Maidstone Haart office earlier this week and spoke with Stuart who I believe is the Branch Manager. The reason for my call was to ask some questions on behalf of an elderly relative, Stuart was very informative and answered every question with complete honesty, he truly listened and couldn’t do enough to help me and whilst I don’t usually write reviews, I felt compelled to say a massive thank you. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for other agents (who I won’t mention but are located very close by) as they failed to listen & when they realised there was no immediate business to be had, totally switched off and simply weren’t interested. Based on how they treat customers, I will most definitely be going back to Haart and would not hesitate to recommend them. Thanks again, it’s refreshing to speak to a salesperson who simply just wanted to help...

GoogleVery responsive team. I was able to set up multiple viewings on a Saturday. Bradley was informed on the properties we saw and was intuitive enough to gauge from our response to the first property what we were looking for. Subsequently we were shown similar properties with more potential. Still looking for a property, but no pushy sales or pressure from the team. would recommend their services. Also put us in touch with a Good Mortgage advisor who will hopefully ease the buying process.
