Having spoken with Karen Duke (Maidstone Branch) on the morning of 1st August letting her know what kind of property we were looking for we were blown away with the property she recommended we view. On entering the property it was immediately apparent that Karen had listened fully as we were smitten straightaway. We would highly recommend using haart as Karen was nothing but proffessional and as she was meant to be on leave she totally put herself out to ensure we got the service over and above our expectations.

The whole experience with haart has been fantastic. I have dealt mainly with James King who showed me the property I’m purchasing and he has been a breath of fresh air compared to other agents I have dealt with. He has even helped me with solicitors paperwork as I’m a first time buyer and without his help I would be lost. Also the mortgage advisor Ollie has been brilliant and helped me get the mortgage over the line and he has kept me updated throughout. Easily the most helpful estate I have dealt with in the 6 months I have been looking.

If it wasn’t for haart we wouldn’t have moved! It’s a simply as that. James was always there to help from the moment our sale fell through via another agent. Unlike our previous agent they thoroughly checked the buyer to see whether they could afford our home and then helped us from the moment we agreed the offer to the moment we picked the keys up to our new home. Avoid some of the other agents in town and go straight to haart if you are looking to move. Thanks to the whole team, we literally could not have done it without you.

Me and my partner went almost two months ago at Haart Agency Maidstone branch. We were desperate and very sad because we were tricked by another agency and almost left with no place where to stay. Catherine Stuart made sure that won't happen by providing us a place where to live in less than 4 days and giving us a warm and passionate service. She really put herself in our position and did her best to help us and frankly I don't know what would have happened if it wasn't for her. Lee also helped us a lot and in my opinion the whole team are very welcoming and try to help you all the time not just take your money like most of the other agencies. Amazing customer service, quick and efficient. Definitely recommend, especially Catherine! Thank you!!!!

Really good experience with the team at Haart. Matthew showed us around the home we have purchased and had a relaxed but professional approach and let us chat with the vendor at length rather than be too pushy like some EAs can be. Charlotte kept in regular communication and would seek answers to queries right away. She had a few tricky days as we approached exchange and a particularly slippery solicitor may her job tough but she pushed on through and kept us updated. We are looking forward to moving into our dream cottage on completion with our new little baby; a perfect place to bring up our family. Thank you guys.

I arranged a valuation on our home as we are looking to move. Matthew Healey was polite and professional on the original phone call which gave me confidence that I had asked the right agent over to our home. When James arrived he was prompt and professional. We sat down and he ran through everything step by step as it’s been over 30 years since we moved. By the end of the appointment I had every confidence in James and the haart team. The team at haart Maidstone have been absolutely amazing. From the moment I phoned to book a valuation, right through the viewings, offers and agreeing a buyer, I cannot vault them for their professionalism. I was really happy with the valuation service, my needs were very much taken into account and the process explained clearly to me; the photos taken by James were such a high quality, I was very impressed with the shots taken; they were very respectful when conducting viewings and provided helpful feedback afterwards; and once offers were put forward prospective purchasers were seen by the financial advisor to ensure they could proceed before final offers given. If you think all estate agents are the same you’d be wrong! James, Lisa and Matt have been incredible and I am so glad that I chose haart.

We were on the market with another agent for months with next to no interest. We started to consider another agent when haart called us. We agreed to meet James from the Maidstone office and when we did we were pleasantly surprised by his honest approach as we hadn't had much honesty with the other agent. He reassured us when he went through all of the marketing that he could help us find a buyer at the best price. We felt like we had heard this all before but he calmed our fears and we decided to go ahead. Within two weeks we had found a buyer at our asking price which really blew us away. James then kept us in the loop right up until completion and it all took just 8 weeks. Could not praise James and the team enough for their efforts. We saw a property for sale in Right Move and Freya was the first point of contact when we phoned to see if it was still on the market. When we first met she was extremely polite, well presented and well mannered and had said that she was fairly new to the estate agent role. Although she couldnt answer many of our questions at the first viewing (They were quite specific) She went away and came back with extremely concise and informative answers which led us to make the decision to put an offer in. We have historically had quite a bad experience with estate agents in the past being super pushy and just not particularly nice people but we have had 5* service from a lovely estate agent and the same can be said for anyone else that we have had to speak to at Haart in Maidstone. Thank you for making the transition so far as smooth as possible and fer keeping us as up to date at all stages - For first time buyers this was a huge bonus!
