GoogleQuite often when it comes to people giving reviews online it tends to be a negative one. However, on this occasion I feel compelled to give a positive review due to the outstanding service I received from Daniella Westerbrink.
I contacted her early one morning as I had no hot water in my apartment. She listened (a rare commodity these days) to my concerns and gave me a timeline that would happen throughout the day to resolve the problem. I was sceptical if I'm honest, but I was pleasantly surprised that everything promised did in fact happen and I had hot water running again by the afternoon.
Daniella is a great communicator, someone who delivers what she promises, and is a credit to her company. I would like to thank her for truly excellent service.

GoogleMy experience with Haart Agency has been a complete nightmare, and I can only give them a one-star rating. This agency's lack of responsiveness and assistance has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
It started with a two-month delay in fixing a basic issue with the intercom system. Communication with the agency was sluggish, and they displayed a lack of concern for tenants' needs.
The problems continued with discrepancies in the inventory and issues with the electricity meter remaining unresolved after four months. This showed a severe lack of attention to detail and care for tenants.
The breaking point was a bedbug infestation that I reported, sending four emails and making two phone calls. Shockingly, the agency completely ignored my pleas for help. Their irresponsibility in dealing with a serious infestation is inexcusable.
In conclusion, Haart Agency's indifference and incompetence have made my tenancy a nightmare. They seem more focused on signing leases than on maintaining properties and assisting tenants. I strongly advise caution for anyone considering renting through them, as my experience has been nothing short of a tenant's worst nightmare.
