GoogleWe were running a bit late and they were able to accommodate. They answered the phone on a Saturday and informed the lettings agent at the property. The lettings agent at the property actually showed us around and had things to say. It isn't common to come across lettings agent that actually does something. So overall better than what I would expect for viewings. But again I haven't rented or anything with them so my review is superficial and is only about checking properties.

GoogleI had a market appraisal carried out by Brad and I just want to say what an asset he is to the company and how thoroughly impressed I was with him and his customer service.
