GoogleI have been with Haart for seven years as a Landlord and more recently as a seller. Inevitably when renting or buying / selling a property issues arise and it has been no different in my case. What I would say is that when issues have arisen, Haart Maidstone have dealt with them proactively and effectively showing real ownership of problems and solutions. I would like to say a big thank you and well done to Alicia who dealt with the damage caused by a leak from the flat above very effectively in 2022, Sophie and Jade in the Property Management Team who resolved issues caused by a tenant leaving the flat in an unexpectedly poor condition when vacating in 2023, and Karen who was brilliant when selling the flat, showing a real understanding of the local market when advising on the price and how to sell, and stepping in to resolve delays and lack of communication by the buyers solicitors which threatened to derail the sale (our purchase of the flat nine years ago completed in less than 14 weeks, we had no indication of an exchange date 17 weeks after the offer we accepted to sell).
