GoogleToday, I met with Ioana Dina she showed me property for Lettings. I must say she is lovely, cooperative, very polite and helpful. She was professional, not in a hurry at all, giving time to everyone to see the property. Answering all Questions.she was well aware of things and her job. GoogleWe have recently sold our property through Haart (purchased it years ago through them too) & unfortunately both times has been a long process & complicated. However having the support from Haart has made it worthwhile. Michael Stewart from the Maidstone branch has been our greatest support through the selling process & we cannot fault his service. His communication & ongoing support on a daily basis was impeccable & we are so thankful he has been able to go through this journey with us from start to finish. Michael has really proved that estate agents are nothing like the stereotype but is someone who clearly loves his job & you can see that through his support to us. I would highly recommend Haart to anyone who want to sell their property. They went above and beyond.

GoogleWe brought out house threw haart estate agent and I would recommend to anyone! Karen who was dealing with the selling of the property went above and beyond for us! She is literally a super star without her we would not be in the property now! We dealt with others in the haart office to and all of them were brilliant always willing to help and get our problems solved quickly. I would definitely use them again and would use them to sell my property if I ever do!

GoogleOkay update on this, the fully managed service from Haart was terrible... They talked me into renting to people that were not suitable who ended up trashing my property and leaving with many months of unpaid rent. Turns out that when tenants are not paying their rent, my account manager was not chasing them to get this money paid. There were multiple occasions when I should have been notified about something but Haart left me in the dark. For example: End of tenancy coming up, I understand that my tenants are leaving and they're in the process of finding new tenants. I call up on the day my tenants are meant to be leaving and find out that the current tenants had asked Haart to serve a section 21 notice - asking us to evict them. This happened weeks before I was informed... The only time I was ever informed about anything from Haart was when I called in to find out what was happening. No idea what Haart are like for finding a tenant but I can't stress enough, if you're going for a fully managed let through Haart you are wasting your money!!! If I could vote 0 stars I would.

GoogleWe would like to commend Ben Swainson in how he dealt with a problem we had regarding our tenant in the property managed by Haart. . He was excellent in the way he explained all the options we had and kept updating us at regular intervals throughout the day until the problem was solved. Basically the problem we had was that we served a two month notice for our tenant to move out on the 16th of May 2019 so that we could move in as we are residing with my brother for the last six months so we needed the property to be empty on 16th of May and we also planned for builders to start work at the property but our tenant was let down by her new estate agent with the dates of moving into her next property so she had nowhere to go but Ben was so good in handling everything and she has now got temporary accommodation for the ten days that she needed before she can move into the new accommodation and also a storage unit for her belongings. Ben explained everything to us very commendably and also the manner in which he communicated with us on the phone was also very commendable. The problem was solved by us giving her until Sunday so that is three days extra and the property will be empty for us to move in and bring our belongings from storage for which we pay.
