FacebookThis estate agent is disgraceful- viewed a property yesterday with my daughter met the agent Megan she said it was a long term let as advertised, it fitted our criteria perfectly, all our family live nearby, right opposite her sons nursery, so Megan knew we were very keen to secure- what she didn’t tell us was that the landlord intended on reducing the property size by building a house next door turning a semi detached into a terraced, so losing half the garden and the drive !!! They even let us pay the £273 holding - do not trust what these agents show you

Googleafter renting a property with Haart, I implore people looking to rent not to use them. I have lost my deposit through fault with fixtures and fittings, internally and externally on a first floor flat, including rust on a balcony, leaves on the balcony (a tree is right next to the balcony), the fridge in the property when I moved in was faulty so I replaced it with a new one, as agreed with the landlord, and have been penalised, there was not an oven in the property and I had to buy a specific one (due to size limitations within the property), and as agreed with the landlord, he proclaimed he would pay me to leave it in the property. Please DO NOT use Haart if you are looking to rent, they will scam every penny they can from you.

GoogleThe employees are very indifferent. Even though we called 3 times, they always said they were busy and would call back, but they never did. How many times did I have to go to the real estate agent? They may say yes, you have enough money, they do nothing and keep you waiting for months. Never ever again with this agency!
