GoogleWe hadn't had a good response from haart for a couple of years with them responding to maintenance work which was frustrating for us and our landlord, several times we had to chase with them then our landlord for them to chase them, and seem to be getting nowhere, had to source our own repair person but since alicia took over the communication and response has been better

GoogleGreedy, dishonest, law breaking shysters! Never again. Even some of their reviews here are from staff or ex staff. They are lucky I haven't yet taken this further. Shafted us as buyers and their clients also, just for the sake of a few extra quid in their pockets. Shameful display that gives the whole industry a bad name. In answer to the response below, the main cupret was the branch manager so this practice will be seen as acceptable to all staff. They know what they did and there's no excuse. I have had 6 months to get over it and we have just finally moved. I'm reviewing everyone on our journey and this is a completely fair review for Haart's part in it. Everyone else was fine.
