GoogleWe have used HAART letting agents for several years. Very pleased with service and they take care of everything. Also the maintenance team sort all problems out with property. Also we can contact them easily unlike some rental agencies who never answer phones.We had a problem and Joel was very good very prompt and efficient. Thank you Haart letting .

GoogleI am describing this from the other end. We tried to purchase a house marketed by haarts, the vendors are desperate to move out before Christmas which is around 6 weeks away. Our house is currently not sold but we are in the rather lucky position where we actually have the funds available in the form of a bridging loan and in fact can offer the vendors the full amount in their price range. The manager of this branch, just wrote our offer off and didn't bother telling the vendors (which I've now discovered is illegal) We in fact told the vendors our offer ourself. The vendors decided to take our offer after we told them because they realised we were the faster option and they need to move quickly. Haarts have now stepped in and told the vendor that our process is more complicated and scared the vendor off. I don't know the reasoning behind this, perhaps it's simply because Haarts don't fully understand the process of a bridging loan. On paper the process is more complicated but only for us, for the vendor it's much simpler. They receive their money faster and they could actually be out in 6 weeks, which, as every estate agent and financial advisor knows is highly unlikely during the process of a sale of two houses. It's why our financial guys and solicitors suggested it-they know their stuff!!! I don't think Haarts have advised these vendors correctly to the best deal for them, certainly not the fastest or at the best price and surely that's why you employ an estate agent? I wouldnt use Haart and wouldn't recommend them after having this experience, I've found them quite the opposite of competent, just glad I discovered it while buying and not selling!!

GoogleGreat customer service, excellent staff. Helped answer all my questions and as this was my first time buy there were many! Matt who initially showed me the property was very professional and friendly and helped explain the whole process to me.
