Upon speaking with the branch manager Matthew who took the time to sit with me and explain that they didn't have anything at the moment but would keep me in the loop if anything became available. Even pointed me in the right direction of some of the local blocks and suggested speaking to them on site. Effortless service in my eyes.

GoogleThe combination of personal and professional interest in my situation and in the property I instructed haart to market for me have made the sale of my house as pleasurable an experience as I think it could be.
The two members of staff, Freya and Charlotte who dealt with arranging and carrying out the viewings, showed and interest in the house and I felt confident that they were going to be proactive in pointing out its positives whilst listening to the feedback from prospective buyers.
The process of selling was fully explained and I was kept fully informed of the reactions of people who had come to view the house.
My confidence in the way the sale has been handled enabled me to instruct haart's legal team to deal with the sale of my home and the purchase of my next property.

GoogleKaren and James at Haart Maidstone have been fantastic. They have shown 100% commitment to the sale of my house and purchase of my new property which also happens to be through Haart. Nothing has been too much for them. I even found out that they worked on their days off which shows the level of dedication. Most of my recent dealings have been with Karen and I honestly cannot reccomend her enough. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 were for some teething issues I had but this is before Karen and James came on the scene. These two would get 5 stars all day long.

Ian came to value our property and I was reassured by his friendly and genuine approach and the team prepared a professional sales brochure ready for marketing.
Nowadays we all start looking for properties online and some say once it’s online it doesn’t matter which agent you are with. However, I put enormous value on having a professional and relatable agent showing prospective buyers around a house and everyone I have met at haart has those skills.
Their communication skills are excellent and I have been fully kept up to date with the progress of my sale and would recommend haart to those looking to move.

GoogleGreedy, dishonest, law breaking shysters! Never again. Even some of their reviews here are from staff or ex staff. They are lucky I haven't yet taken this further. Shafted us as buyers and their clients also, just for the sake of a few extra quid in their pockets. Shameful display that gives the whole industry a bad name. In answer to the response below, the main cupret was the branch manager so this practice will be seen as acceptable to all staff. They know what they did and there's no excuse. I have had 6 months to get over it and we have just finally moved. I'm reviewing everyone on our journey and this is a completely fair review for Haart's part in it. Everyone else was fine.
