GoogleKaren Duke, what a star she is. This lady is a human dynamo, non stop working and updating us the customer. She sorted a deal for the house we were selling, couldn’t be happier. Michael did a great video so people could see the house without viewing it. Gareth did the chasing for us at the end and got the sale over the line. GoogleVery good experience with these guys, would recommend whether you're a vendor or a buyer, particularly if you're fairly new to it all. From the first meeting with Karen who showed us round our ideal house, we got the impression of an agent that really cares, and the first impression stuck. She was very warm and accommodating and gave good advice. When it came to putting ours on the market, Michael did a wonderful job, presenting our property in the best way possible and making sure you really got a feel for the place - he made fast work of the process without compromising on presentation. He has also been extremely accommodating and only a phone call away.
