So we have used HAART for the second time and currently going through our sale & purchase at present. We came back to HAART this time because Emily Clark is beyond outstanding if it wasn’t for Emily we would not of moved last time she took over everything especially the stressful side of it and made it so much easier for us, attention to detail is second to none, friendly, so efficient and truly a credit to HAART! She has not failed second time around in fact this time we are having a stress free move so far and with out Emily’s input, effort and patience things wld be very different. I cannot recommend Emily and her team enough they really are the best estate agents out there! No hesitation in using them again!

We had the pleasure of working with Warren at Haart with Just Mortgages when buying our first home. Warren was our Mortgage advisor and went above and beyond to ensure we had the right deal and he was so helpful with information and advice. He went through everything we would have needed to know as first time buyers and guided us through the whole buying process. We would highly recommend him, especially if your financial situation is a little bit complicated, he is full of knowledge.

After a family moved in next door to me, with 3 young children aged between 3 - 9 years old from Africa. I was shocked that with a leaking roof, doors broken at rear of property, Mold / damp issues. The family stated issues and was told, they are lucky to have a roof over there heads. I mean is this what it has come down to now? Estate agents not caring... Advised the family there is a .gov link for these complaints. Amazed that we can treat people with such disgrace and prejudice. They have kept the email from Haart

We brought out house threw haart estate agent and I would recommend to anyone! Karen who was dealing with the selling of the property went above and beyond for us! She is literally a super star without her we would not be in the property now! We dealt with others in the haart office to and all of them were brilliant always willing to help and get our problems solved quickly. I would definitely use them again and would use them to sell my property if I ever do!

Hi, I just wanted to say a Big Thank You to the Maidstone lettings Team for constantly keeping me up to date, promptly answering my calls and kindly explaining everything. With little time to spare, the Maidstone Team managed to acquire all of the certifications for the property and this made it possible for me to move in. What I also liked, is the ease of using their digital portal for submitting all of the necessary documentations as well as paying for deposit. As a landlord of over 22 years I have dealt with a number of agents in various areas, my experience has not always been a good one. After an aborted sale (no fault of the agent) I decided to re let my apartment, Ria-Ann and the rest of the Lettings team at Haart were great, very professional, kept me informed at all times, found a tenant in less than 48 hours and dealt with a number of maintenance issues at reasonable prices. I can not describe how discussed I am with haart, I rent a property from them and I can't use half of it. There Excuse is we can't spend the landlords money... But ur taking over the odds for this house and I'm not getting what I'm paying for I won't be renting from u again, I will however be going to the ombudsman to get my rent reduced to reflect the property I'm in. I want value for money I got deathtrap...

Very professional and went through everything step by step and made sure we understood what was happening. We will be recommending him to everyone We know. Our first experience of letting through a company was with Your move and from the first enquiry to the checking out (1 year) they where a total joke. It started with the preliminaries. Haart is a large business with the bureaucracy to match. Paperwork we submitted was accepted early but panic set in when it was mislaid or deemed unsuitable and we had to provide it again. We had to beg the head office to sign the contract as early as a week before the date we were due to move in as they have a 'schedule' to follow. We needed it to prove residence for school entry requirements.The local office were blaming head office and vice versa. Whilst the people I dealt with were pleasant the property we rented was a dirty greasy mess when we moved in. The office manager had said such positive things about the landlord but the reality was he didn't care one little bit. There were attempts to get the place cleaned but the landlord would not pay for it. So we had to clean it. The oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave were all disgusting. The kitchen units were filthy and very greasy and bath and showered were bad too. A complaint to the head office got an area manager involved who did a report saying they care about tenants and were trying to resolve the matter, but couldn't. The steps in the steep garden were dangerous too. Nothing done. Both showers were broken. One was fixed after a wait of a month the other was never fixed. We left after 6 months with no problems re how we left it. Even got a thankyou from the landlord. Haart, of course, did nothing to return the deposit. I had to chase it and it seems a bod at head office didn't do their job here. Even then they seem to put obstacles in the way, demanding that separate emails from me and my wife confirming bank details for the repayment. Overall the is a highly bureaucratic organisation that has no heart. I would stay away from them at all costs and during our house hunting I could not bring myself to register with them for new property details. The experience has left me with a dread of dealing with them for anything.
