GoogleI had a great experience using Haart to move into my new property. Molly was the estate agent that was helping me through the process. She made the process really easy and simple and I can’t fault the communication between us. She even went out her way to reply to me on her days off. She is an asset to the company. GoogleAlthough haart didn't manage to find me a 1 bed flat in maidstone my preference was the me16 area to be fair it was a tall order no lifts/stairs and parking was a must. I have subsequently found a place that fits the bill. But I must praise Emily who has consistently kept in touch with updates. Always polite and helpful. She gets my 5 stars.

GoogleRosie Wilks has been and still delivers a first class service, going over and beyond the call of duty - she is reliable and punctual in conduct (emails, phone calls and meetings) and has also picked me up for viewings too! Nowadays I really don't know of any estate agents who do that!! I am very happy and satisfied with Rosie's service and would absolutely recommend her to anyone buying or selling their property.

GoogleAvoid. Awful estate agents who never pick up the phone. All I have had is a bad experience with Haart Maidstone. I booked a viewing for a property however, the Estate Agent (Christopher Murton) was disorganised and did not have the key to the property. This led to a wasted journey as I was unable to view it. Even when I arrived, I was not even acknowledged or told the issue before arrival. I had to wait outside for 15 minutes with no communication before he arrived. After the fact, I was told I would be called and given an update to view the property and heard nothing since. I have called repeatedly to book the property and have never received a callback. I even made a complaint and was told I would receive a follow-up, all now - nothing. Lack of professionalism, integrity and honesty from everybody at the branch. Unsure how Christopher is the branch manager with his lack of competence. Avoid at all costs. Maybe it was a blessing in disguise of what was to come had I put an offer on the property.
