This is the second time we have used Haarts to find a tenant for a rental property and once again they have exceeded our expectations. They managed to find us a tenant before we had even completed our purchase - due to the brilliant team work between the sales and lettings departments. The communication from the team was superb throughout and the transition was completed very smoothly and quickly. Haart has been very supportive. Firstly Isabella was really friendly and helpful in finding the house and then I was passed on to Ria-Ann who was very supportive and helpful. I kept emailing several times, without any problem she kept helping and supporting me time to time. She is really kind, courteous and very professional. I am glad that I found a house through this agency as there is nothing that she does not know, everything I ask for, she is there to help and she has a solution for any kind of a problem. I am impressed. One incident that really made me feel so good was she came to help me out with the washing machine which was not working properly. She came to the house and literally tried her best. I have been dealing with Emily Nicholson from the Lettings team and Michael Stewart from the Sales team. Emily has been very professional right from the first time I met her and has been a lovely person to deal with. Emily understands how I feel about my property as it was my late parents home and is therefore not just an investment vehicle for me, it was also the home I grew up in.
