GoogleI was contacted by Ioana after sending in an enquiry for a viewing. From the moment we spoke I was put at ease and every detail was explained in a simple manner. We were given a choice of properties based on our preferences and as first time renters the whole process was described very clearly. One of the few letting agencies that facilitate viewings after 5pm which is convenient for most office goers. Thank you Ioana and Haart!

She has been really helpful from beginning to end in helping us let our property which included the right to rent checks and arranging the contract for our property. She's answered all my queries and been prompt in responding. GoogleAs renters, our experience with haart over the last three years had not been great. They were disorganised and painfully slow to respond to requests, if at all. However, I must be honest and say that we have seen an effort for improvement over the last year. They seem to have done a restructure in their repairs department, with designated property managers. Our recent requests for repairs have been dealt with in a fairly timely fashion, any sticky issues have been handled well and we haven't had any complaints. Our latest request for a new heated towel rail to replace the old rusted leaky one was done to excellent standard (thank you John for your professional manner). Also, shout to our PM Alicia for handling the issue. If haart keep this up, we will be happy to upgrade our review in future.
