Our experience with Haart was great from start to finish. Rory and Emily were the ones showing us the house and answering all the questions. The process was easy to follow and to understand and Rory was always there to give us the details needed or to reassure us that everything will be fine. Even that for us was a stressful time because of some medical issues, Rory made sure that the moving won't add more stress which we can't thank enough. I would not recommend Haart. They’re very slow and reluctant to reply or help once you’ve rented from them. My partner and I moved in right after he had double heart surgery so he was still recovering and was high risk, using a zimmer frame to walk. When I let our agent and property manager know that the place was quickly becoming moldy and the walls were sweating they just told me to ventilate. We had bowing floorboards which they didn’t fix, a serious tripping hazard that the landlord had the gull to ask a £200 “donation” for after we moved out when we had to live with it for 6 months! We removed the mold ourselves and replaced the rusty shower head yet we still don’t have our deposit back. They also recorded the wrong move out date so we’d have to pay an extra months council tax. AVOID, they don’t care about their tenants. They can’t even answer emails in a timely fashion

I have to say that I have been thoroughly impressed with Haart Estate Agents. Karen has been utterly professional throughout. She's a sales professional with great communication with the ability to listen well to people. Out of the 3 Estate Agents I asked to value my late Mums House Karen came across as the most passionate & knew that she would be able to sell it. Despite her passion I unfortunately opted to sell with Purple Bricks due to the cheap price which didn't work out well for us as we didn't get a single viewer through the door in two months! Despite me letting Karen down, she kept professional and kept in communication with me to see how things were progressing. When it came to evaluating the non progression with PB, it was a 'No Brainer' to give Karen a go, as I knew she was hungry to sell. Karen & Gareth marketed the property well with a fancy video that I thought was excellent! Needless to say I was absolutely amazed as Karen sold it within a week. I wish I had gone with Karen from the outset, but hey ho you live & learn. Well done Karen you have restored my faith in Estate Agents you are a true professional and I will not hesitate to recommend you to friends & family in the future.
