As we've only been looking on the market for a month or so, haart have been brilliant in being welcoming to us as first timers as well as being very open/honest yet detailed in the properties, application and viewing processes. They also contacted very quickly when a viewing cancellation came up which was massively appreciated. They have been polite and always answered any questions professional. Extra mention to Ioana and Molly for the service, who were excellent especially Ioana who help us to best of her abilities despite the office having technical difficulties when we went in person

I have had a mixed experience with haart, I will start with the positives which is one individual. Chris in sales is fantastic, when he comes to show potential buyers around the property he is on time, well informed of the property, is friendly and professional. He is a true asset to the Maidstone team and if a everyone in the Maidstone branch were as responsive and professional as Chris they would have a truly amazing team. However, the lettings and property management team are shocking and unprofessional! The property I have been renting for the last 12 months has a long list of maintenance issues which have gone unresolved for over 12 months. I currently live with buckets collecting water from leaks in 3 rooms of the property. Haart say that they are not their responsibility and will not advocate for me with my landlord. My telephone calls never get answered, my emails get ignored until I state I want to make formal complaints and raise my concerns to the ombudsman. The state in which the property was let in was disgusting. There were scuffs on the walls, it was dirty, had broken appliances, damp on the ceiling and broken windows, but apparently I should have requested a clean and paint prior to signing a tenancy as they are not required to do so. If you want to buy a property I would highly recommend buying and dealing with Chris. But if you're looking to rent, steer clear of haart.

Karen’s approach was immaculate. She loves her job and it shows. From start to finish she showcased the house in a very knowledgeable way. She was patient and answered all questions with an amazing amount of detail. She was completely honest from the start which was what we needed since we had been disappointed by several unprofessional, agents. In the end, her willingness to give us time to really take in the atmosphere of the house, knowledge of the area and vendors, coupled with her amazing hospitality, sold us the home. Karen is definitely an asset to your branch and organisation.

Isabella as our letting agent to help renting of the property at Maidstone, she is helpful and friendly, response quickly via email. She is explain the processes clearly as such we can follow the instructions from reference check, sign the offer form, buy tenancy insurance and joining FlatFair no deposit scheme. Finally sign the tenancy agreement and pay the rental. She will follow up to fix the remaining problems of electricity before we moving in. She does an excellent job to help us to rent the property before we immigrate to UK. Big appreciation to Isabella. Today Alicia assists us on the spare key from my landlord in the absence of Isabella who is on holidays. Thank you Karen and Gareth at Haart in Maidstone for helping us buy our ideal family home. My husband and I were first time buyers, purchasing a house following the uncertainty that covid brought for us. The process which we assumed would take a few months ended up being twice as long.
