Google??AVIOD THEM??COMPLETE TIME WASTERS?? viewed a property to buy . Seemed my offer was accepted & then they requested my personal details and proof of funds, even told about in house solicitors.. Played me around.. Totally unprofessional ! WHY just like snakes in the grass
Dear Mr Antoniou, I am very sorry that the offer you submitted was not deemed acceptable by the owner of the home but as I am sure you can appreciate, it is the owners prerogative to decide whether the amount offered is an acceptable price or not. As previously discussed, being able to establish a buyers ability to actually be able to purchase a home when making an offer is not only good practice from any reputable Estate Agent (as I am sure if it were your home, that you would want to know the person making you an offer, can in fact proceed financially!) but this is also a formal requirement to comply with current regulations. FacebookAwful customer service from Haart staff, enquired about a property for sale the agent assumed I was a first time buyer which is incorrect, assumed I won’t purchase the property for sale due to it needing complete refurb also incorrect, assumed I wasn’t in a position to buy also incorrect. I think your staff need customer service training & some manners. Laughing at potential clients is not the way to treat them.

GoogleFirst time cooperate with Haart (Maidstone),and will definitely do next time.Staff is really helpful,especially has had to deal with Catherine Stuart,a young letting agent,and I can say that girl is really good in she's job(she found for us in few hours a perfect place to rent,we so happy because its just a month left untill Christmas,and now thanks to her,Cristmas time we are in new comfortable house for us and our kid) ,but apart of she's professionall altitude,she's really nice and helpful person.I would suggest to anyone to deal with this agency and will inform my friends when they will need those services.Really pleased to deal with you guys!!!!
