GoogleIts all good with them, until you decide to leave the property and they start to deal with your deposit ... Really slow in terms of communication, the checkout reports they send differens from what they want to deduct at the end, their "property managers" are excellent in being unable to give you a clear answers and hanging up phones on you. And overall it takes the staff to call you back weeks instead of hours or a day as they say. And the story goes on... I do hope it is a one time thing but it wasnt in our case.

GoogleI am a landlord and my husband and I have two properties managed by Haart. The experience has been shocking from a property management perspective. We have a contract with Haart which delegates management responsibility to them and our most recent atrocity with this company is that they failed to claim damages caused by tenants from Flat Fair which is their preferred deposit scheme replacement. Their answer as to why is due to staff sickness (?!). Staff sickness is not the customers problem and I am disgusted that there are not measures in place to safeguard situations like this. We are so far over £2000 out of pocket due to absolutely ridiculous mistakes and blunders by staff at haart, and we have been given very low offers of compensation in reply to formal complaints. I have completely lost faith in them as a company and urge you to look elsewhere for property management.

GoogleI have used Haart for some 9 years and have not had a very good track record with tenants over the years. My last tenant has been no exception - in fact a nightmare. To guide me through this tedious process has been Alicia Turner at Haart who has been an absolute star in keeping me informed and helping me to evict the tenant. A real credit to the team !

FacebookHello, thought I'd post on here about my recent experiences with you. It's been hard work quite honestly, your communication skills need some work. We have registered with you as we're ready to move with an offer on our property, so in theory I thought you'd phone me with anything new you have, but no, one that fits our criteria was on rightmove when I found it. Tried to contact you via rightmove and went through to your "concierge" service. Why I can't just go direct through to the relevant branch is a mystery. Viewed property, you called me for feedback on Monday but I was at work so couldn't answer. I called you back and was told I'd be phoned back. We're now almost into Thursday and nothing. Chased today, but still no call back. I'm potentially looking to offer on the property but I can't if you won't speak to me. I'm looking at another on Friday and if that's suitable I'll offer on that instead, with another agent. A lot of the properties on with you seem to take ages to sell and my experience as a buyer points to why this is, plus some rather optimistic pricing on some too (I can give examples for this too). As someone that works in sales my priority is always calling my customers back when they phone, perhaps you'd like to try this at some point?!
