GoogleRegisterd an interest in a property that had a board outside and was told to wait for a response to enable viewing which eventually happend, tried calling a few times and got a central response team who couldnt give a stuff.
Good Morning Clive Really sorry you feel like this but l did leave a message on your mobile at 4.22pm on Monday afternoon explaining we were unable to gain access to the property as there was no one available to meet us at the property with the keys to let us in. The daughter has been away and was not available to call until Thursday morning. We have called her first thing this morning and the daughter is speaking to the other siblings to arrange for some one to be available on Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately this will be the only time that someone is available and as you can appreciate this is their late fathers property and this is a very emotional time for the family. If l had a keys l would have done the viewing with you as soon as possible. As soon as l have heard what time we are able to gain access on Saturday l will call you. Once again pleased be assured that the delay was not intentional and every effect has and will be made to ensure that you are the first to see this property. Kind Regards Karen Duke Sales Manager

GoogleIts all good with them, until you decide to leave the property and they start to deal with your deposit ... Really slow in terms of communication, the checkout reports they send differens from what they want to deduct at the end, their "property managers" are excellent in being unable to give you a clear answers and hanging up phones on you. And overall it takes the staff to call you back weeks instead of hours or a day as they say. And the story goes on... I do hope it is a one time thing but it wasnt in our case.

GoogleThe sales team are lovely and extremely helpful throughout, however once you are in the property and passed over to the property management team, good luck with any problems. We were without an oven for over a month due to the lack of communication, in the end we had to contact the repair company ourselves. Our bedroom heater was broken the entire tenancy making us unwell during the winter. The fire alarms were outdated on the labels by 4 years!!! Our bathroom heater also wouldn't turn off towards the end of the tenancy, leaving a huge fire hazard for the block of apartments. Haart did not look into this, leaving us all in danger. They are now charging for damages that were already there when we moved in but are only just picking them up now, months later on top of Christmas. The whole ordeal felt more like a scam. We had to pay over £500 relisting fees for them to use old photos and now they want more money for damages we didn't do. Would not recommend at all.

GoogleVery hard to get rent form this agency if there is a sudden change of owner to a property due to death, very poor service, I would highly recommend not using haart to rent your property out! They have owed my widowed mother money for over 6 months now.
