Im sold and currently in the process of exchanging contracts - my new home with Ben Siggins Maidstone. Matthew Groves initially valued my home. Not at any stage did I feel under pressure to choose Ben Siggins as my agent. I made the phone call to put my property in a 6week contract. Within 3 weeks I was sold and offer accepted for my new home!! I was truly amazed how stress free this process was!!? I used recommended financial advisor and solicitor and found communication was so much better. Emily Fletcher has been amazing from the start taking away any high levels of stress from me by answering all sorts of questions I have thrown at her. Emily derserves her role as a negotiator losing the 'trainee'. Moving isn't stressful when the Ben Siggins Team at Maidstone are involved not forgetting Dan and Beth who are equally friendly and so helpful with any questions. The team doing there best to keep things moving forward and taking away any stress. I hope that my journey will continue to be positive on moving day! Highly recommend Ben Siggings. Jody managed our property sale and was absolutely fantastic. We had a hiccup with our chain at the beginning and then had a tight deadline with stamp duty approaching. I can't speak highly enough of the staff at Ben Siggins. Right from the start when Ben came to market our property he took time to ensure everything that we wanted was possible. The marketing of our house was outstanding and was sold within 10 days of it going to market. From this point the staff made it very easy for us to know what was happening with regards to the sale. Lydia has been outstanding and i really can't thank her enough for all her efforts. She chased both sets of solicitors and took away all the stresses of moving. I would recommend not only Ben Siggins but also Lydia to anyone wishing to sell their house, get her on board and everything will be a breeze. Currently we are going through the process of selling our property in Maidstone, Kent. We have been very impressed with the Ben Siggins team, especially Charlie Ireson & Kevin Dennett, however everyone has been helpful and professional. My wife and I feel we have had a more personal service than offered by others in what is a difficult time with the government forcing regulation changes (EWS1 certification) upon us and the financial market at present. With a buyer having now offered (and accepted by us), we hope to move into the final stages, to complete and move soon. Wish us all the best. :)

I was very satisfied with my choice of estate agent. I would thoroughly recommend Ben Siggins. Amy worked so hard with viewings, progressing the sale and kept me informed at every turn. The sale was not smooth but this was not anything to do with Amy or Ben Siggins. I've given this Estate Agents 5* purely due to the service that has been supplied by Lydia. Lydia has been the only one in the whole process who has actually helped us. She has gone above and beyond with the service she has provided, despite not actually being our designated agent, and remained friendly and calm throughout, even when she had my boyfriend ranting down the phone at her! Lydia is a true credit to this company and I cannot thank her enough for all the help and support she has offered, even on days off! We really have appreciated her help. As for the "recommended solicitors" that Ben Siggins advise to use, I wouldn't go anywhere near Cook Taylor Woodhouse, and to be honest, Gill Turner Tucker aren't much better! Recently sold our property with Ben Siggins. Everyone we dealt with in the team were lovely, from Archie at the initial valuation, Ben who came to do the photos and Alex mainly dealt with the rest of the sale. We chose them over other estate agents due to excellent first impressions and the initial consultation did not feel pushy (like some other local estate agents). Our initial feelings must have been right because we had no issues at all throughout the sale, apart from slow solicitors as always, and Alex was always willing to help chase and push the sale along. The team are very friendly and someone is always ready to answer at the end of the phone. They were also very understanding that I couldn't always answer the phone due to the nature of my job and were very responsive via email. I only wish we could have also bought through them too! We primarily worked with Joseph and met him on a few occasions at viewings. We also received some property suggestions from Jasmine. Ben Siggins were very friendly and helpful, understanding what we wanted right away and sharing appropriate priority suggestions. We didn't at any point feel rushed or pushed in to anything and definitely felt we trusted the team. Joseph was very helpful on viewings.
