I have tried to make contact, but with no details of you anywhere it is impossible. We are the leading estate agent in Maidstone with the most sold properties of any estate agent. This means we are extremely busy, dealing with 800 phone calls, registering 40-50 buyers and dealing with 10-15 offers daily. However, we have a digital, top of the range phone and lead management system which means it is almost impossible to miss a lead, whether this is by phone, email or in person. All offers are discussed in detail with vendors and reviewed in a morning meeting with the entire team with feedback going to buyers. All notes are recorded on our database with all phone calls recorded. I would be very interested to learn more about your experience so I can find out how this happened, as the processes I have in place makes this almost impossible to happen without my knowledge.
