GoogleWe had a Great experience from the start with Ben Siggins. Ben, himself came to do the valuation and market the house - not your stereotype estate agent, very personable and spent lots of time on the details making us feel like an actual human not just a number - was also very honest about the valuation with good advice on price point.
The viewings were slick and we were provided feedback for every one.
We had issue after issue with the chain we were in and I couldn't rate or thank Amy enough for all the work she put into orchestrating the entire chain (going completely above and beyond her own remit) to ensure the chain did not collapse. Not only this, she was completely transparent even if it was news we didn't want to hear - always setting expectations and couldn't appreciate the honestly more.
She always answered my phone calls (there was a lot of them!) and was so down to earth and personable always displaying empathy of the process - thank you so much
I wouldn't hesitate recommending Ben Siggins Estate Agents (coming from someone with extremely high expectations)

The initial meeting I had with Archie was an informed meeting where we actually discussed the asking price and agreed it together. This was a lot different to other companies I saw. Ben himsef came and photographed my home and did the interactive VR (all as part of the price). He explained the benefits of having this and so I went with his expertise. Amy has dealt with me towards the end of the process and has been amazing at chasing the buyer and his solicitor's on my behalf. Everyone who I have dealt with in the office has been extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to help me. I can't thank you all enough for the pleasant experience, I was genuinely dreading selling as a single person but you have made the process as easy as it could have been in difficult circumstances.
