We chose to list with Ben Siggins after getting a few valuations from both online and high street agents. Importantly for us we were never put on hold waiting for somebody to answer the phone in the office, our first impressions with staff were excellent and we felt they were more honest and realistic than a few other companies we contacted. Matthew came out to do our valuation and subsequently photograph and list the property (the listing looked fabulous). We found him to be down-to-earth, professional, knowledgable and efficient. Everything has been clearly explained and transparent and as we are selling and buying for the first time, it’s been invaluable having our questions answered whenever needed. We can’t fault the service from the team and remarkably, even in this Covid-19 uncertainty, we had listed and sold our property extremely quickly! They always seem to be on top of the house chain - Kevin and James have been so efficient throughout and have really shone out as members of the team who go above and beyond for their clients, it's really reassuring to feel that someone is overseeing it to take away some of the stress! Overall we highly recommend this team and would definitely use Ben Siggins again for future moves, so much so that we've already recommended them to friends and family!

I would highly recommend using Ben Siggins. We used them recently to find a new home to rent. Jody was the lovely lady who looked after us, she was very professional, and nothing was too much trouble what so ever. The whole process was very quick and effortless was so easy. As soon as I’d instructed Matt at Ben Siggins to sell my house I knew I was in safe hands as he’s been brilliant from the word go. He’s very personable, professional and an all round nice guy. We sold our house and bought another one through Ben Siggins. Our experience was mixed. Pros: + House advert was reasonably good. + Most staff friendly. + House was sold quickly. Cons: - House was marketed in a way that attracted buyers from a lower price bracket. Advantage is that it got people through the door, but disadvantage is that we were tempted into accepting an offer which was significantly below target. - Frequent confusion with communication. We were stood up at the first viewing of the house we ended up purchasing, and a couple of people viewing our house were stood up too. There is clearly a problem with the way viewings are booked. - Massive confusion was caused between us and our buyers when the agents communicated the incorrect agreed sale price to them. This led to about two weeks of daily phone calls and confusion and arguing. In the end we conceded to the terms that our buyers thought we'd accepted. We weren't happy about this. - Sales progressor was rude to our buyers over an issue which wasn't even their fault. Conclusion: All the confusion and tens of phone calls came to an end as soon as we got hold of the contact details of our buyers and sellers. Once we were able to talk directly to eachother, we resolved any issue that came up with a short phone call or text message. None of this toing and froing and inaccurately communicated information. House sales and purchases would run much more smoothly (and cheaply) without middle men!!!

We sold on our open day and even though the buyer pulled out, something that can’t be helped, Beth kept us up to date and we were resold within a week. Im sold and currently in the process of exchanging contracts - my new home with Ben Siggins Maidstone. Matthew Groves initially valued my home. Not at any stage did I feel under pressure to choose Ben Siggins as my agent. I made the phone call to put my property in a 6week contract. Within 3 weeks I was sold and offer accepted for my new home!! I was truly amazed how stress free this process was!!? I used recommended financial advisor and solicitor and found communication was so much better. Emily Fletcher has been amazing from the start taking away any high levels of stress from me by answering all sorts of questions I have thrown at her. Emily derserves her role as a negotiator losing the 'trainee'. Moving isn't stressful when the Ben Siggins Team at Maidstone are involved not forgetting Dan and Beth who are equally friendly and so helpful with any questions.
