Amy was really helpful whenever we contacted her, she did her absolute best to answer our questions and to help us solve any issues and was friendly in all communication with us. Other team members weren't always as friendly in their communication styles, and it was sometimes clear they were working on behalf of the seller and not ourselves (to be expected) but overall we had a mostly positive experience.

I have just purchased a property marketed by this company and found them to be very helpful and professional. They were always willing to accommodate my numerous requests to view the property with my gas expert, electric expert etc whilst the conveyancing was ongoing and provided me with regular updates regarding the progress with the conveyancing. Sales process was superb with one open day and a sale at the end of it, towards to top end of what he expected to get. Chose Ben Siggins based on their excellent reviews and they didn't disappoint! They suggested a much higher selling price than other agents and we achieved even higher. Had we taken the advice of the other agent we spoke to, we would have marketed the property at £25k less. The whole team were excellent throughout the process, very friendly and accessible. Jody Collins, the sales progressor, was an absolute godsend! She kept in regular contact with us throughout, always returned our calls, chased the solicitors for answers when we couldn't get any and liaised between us and the buyer. When looking to buy our first house we signed up to a few estate agents however Ben Siggins stood out from the start and I was really hoping that the house we wanted to purchase would be with them and luckily it was. From day 1, I would get regular calls from Alex who would find out how we were getting on and updating me on the properties they have either on or coming onto the market that was within our search criteria. He was always very friendly, helpful and responsive. The viewing on our property was completed by Kevin. At this point, my partner and I had been to a lot of viewings with different estate agents and after our viewing we both left the property saying that Kevin was the best estate agent we had met on our search. We felt that he was very down to earth and knowledgeable and we appreciated his honest opinions and answers to our questions. From the day we made our offer, we have worked with Jody to complete our purchase. Jody has been amazing! As a first time buyer, I have had a lot of questions in regards to the process, time frames etc and Jody has been so patient and helpful with us. She has kept us updated throughout, chased up the sellers solicitors to keep the process progressing swiftly and always been there to clarify anything I am unsure of- Jody even had a look at the survey we had on the house along with the team at Ben Siggins to see if there was anything they picked out that could have been a cause for concern. Beautiful professional photographs were put on line free of charge, and on the first day we had appointments booked for viewings. What a fantastic estate agents, especially James! Extremely helpfully and nothing seemed to be a problem. James actually listened to what I was looking for and didnt waste my time with irrelevant properties. He would let me view the property I wished to purchase at a drop of a hat and even helped me to measure a few things up. Every question I had was answered promptly and professionally. Even on the day of my move I was unable to collect the keys so James kindly dropped them off for me. I would highly recommend for selling or buying.
