GoogleReally great service. My property had a tenant in place for the rent they advised before I bought it, all within 4 weeks of my purchase of the property, during which time the house was decorated. Great advice from the team. Nice people too. Would certainly recommend and use again.

GoogleMy husband and I are in the process of selling our house, we contacted Ashton Birkenshaw to help us look for our new home, we have a few requirements which are proving very difficult to meet, however the team here have helped us so much in our hunt! firstly communication has been outstanding! every couple of days we have had contact with the team, calling us with property suggestions (our needs not yet met but no fault of AB) nothing seems to be to much trouble for these guys! I'm hoping with the fantastic care we have had so far that AB will help find our new home soon! I do plan on updating our progress and the ongoing dealings we experience with AB! well done to the team here for going the extra mile.

GoogleWhat an excellent Letting Agent Ashton Burkinshaw is. In my 16 years as a Landlord with a large property portfolio I have dealt with a number of high street letting agents and I thought I would give Ashton Burkinshaw a try. I am very please that I did. The staff are always friendly, have a wide knowledge of the letting market and treat you like an individual. My properties are advertised in super quick time and I have received quite an outstanding quality of service and very importantly multiple viewings. Extended rental property downtime is a thing of the past. Keep up the good work.
