YellPoor and dishonest service
Have just let my house through them. Did not tell me that the tenants they moved in had a pet despite me specifying NO to pets. They knew full well these peoples had a pet. Now tied into a contract and Ashton Burkenshaw dont give a damm. Will never use them again

GoogleAshton Burkinshaw Maidstone took on my property and had a tenant line up before it was ready, as a landlord this meant that the property was not empty for a day. Excellent service, friendly and efficient. The staff have a good knowledge of the industry. Highly recommended
