Himmet has been amazing. We were applying for our first mortgage, so it was all totally new and all a bit intimidating! He made us feel really comfortable, and answered all of our questions. No question was a silly question according to Himmet! We had replies at late at night when we were desperately trying to figure out whether we could bid upwards on a house. Although always professional he was also really down to earth, making those slightly dry meetings fun. Also, thanks for travelling all the way to Winchester to see us! Izzie & Harry

We had a fantastic experience working with Josh & his team in Romans. Right from the get go, they were pro-active and we had a large volume of viewings set up quickly and efficiently. We had and accepted an offer within 4 weeks, including the Christmas break! Josh took calls & WhatsApp messaging out of hours & never seemed to mind. Lorraine was also great helping us navigate the time between offer & exchange (which is where we are now) Thanks team!

Awful experience using romans the Maidenhead branch some staff were helpful but the assistant manager Hannah was extremely condescending and rude and as a first time customer I am appalled by the service she delivered, other people even staff who work there told me to avoid dealing with her, would never use romans again and will swerve anyone I know away from their services, I am a long time renter and have never had such a ball ache using an estate agents before, massive thumbs down romans, sort your staff out!

Best Estate Agents in Town! Romans are by far the best estate agent there is. We moved over to Romans after not getting very far with another estate agent. From the outset Saad, Charlie, Gemma and Team were a class act. We were given full confidence straight away that we would get a quick sale and for the price we wanted and sure enough they delivered. We were always kept up to date with viewings and feedback and within 2 weeks of being on with Romans, we had an offer! One of those weeks was over the Christmas break. The offer was a little low at first but Gemma and team worked hard to get us a price we accepted. The Team are friendly and highly motivated, what more could you want? They were even instrumental in helping us get our exchange date with the new build property we had our hearts set on. We move into our dream home next Thursday, just in time for Easter. Romans have been helpful from the first phone call to enquiries about selling our property, spoke to Charlie who arranged an appointment for Saab to come out and give us a valuation for the property. We put our property on the market with them as they seemed very knowledgable and friendly. We had viewings almost immediately. Now our property is under offer, they have kept us informed every step of the way, Saab is always happy to help if we phone with enquiries as is Charlie and the rest of the staff. I would highly recommend them.

I had contacted Romans estate to confirm a booked viewing and left a message. I was called back promptly by Saad Mushtaq (Sales Valuer) who confirmed my viewing of a property. After viewing the property, Saad offered myself and my family the chance to see another property close by, which we decided to visit. Saad was extremely helpful with his clear in-depth knowledge of both properties and was professional in his approach. I was pleased with the service he provided us.

Landlord is not Interested in any fixing around the house, without me and my pushing, Kat, the property manager would do anything to help us. For two months I'm not in touch with her, just to check if she'll reach out first, as we still waiting for someone to do something about ventilation in our room, because window area is FULL OF MOULD!!! and? Nothing.. Kat simply is not interested to even call us and ask.. she lied to us, about what the contractor said about broken toilet,. he said to me that the whole thing needs replacing, and when I ask her how long we are going to wait, she answered that the guy said that all is fine.. property managing is not her thing and I absolutely HATE the way she treats us. In the future we will avoid like a plaque, to rent with Romans.no, thank you.

George Steedman and his team were extremely helpful and courteous. On our initial meeting with George he was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave us information and helpful advice about the sale of our property, that the previous two agents had not even touched on. The photos of the property were excellent with great attention to detail. I really feel that everyone at the Maidenhead branch was well informed about the property they were selling. To say that our move was complicated is an understatement. We first approached Romans in Maidenhead in April 2017. The staff were professional and our house sold within weeks. In June our purchase and sale fell through and it was only the support of Gemma Gibson and her team that persuaded us to remain in the market and try again. The house was resold within weeks and we made an offer on the bungalow we wanted almost straight away. The saga of Gemma's attempts to bring our chain to completion would take too long for a reference review. Suffice it to say that Romans were proactive throughout and that at long last we moved into our retirement home on 10 April. Gemma. Many thanks to your team. We will recommend you to anyone we meet.
