I don't do this often but after having three months of nightmare trying to find a place for my family of 4 during December/January & February I managed to somehow cross paths with John Maslin and Kieran Brown who turned things around. John was great to deal with and listened to our family needs, budget etc. He was great finding us a new home for two children which we were rejected multiple times by other Agencies until then. Needless to say that by this point I had been treated fairly bad by other Agencies. Once a property was found for us then Kieran took over the handling of the moving in process. Kieran was patient and very professional whilst dealing with us especially when you have a 2 year old running around on a house viewing. He also called when he said he would and replied to all our queries and questions without fail. If asked a question that he did not know the answer for he would find out and get back to us, you don't get that kind of service these days so 5 stars to Kieran. Romans so far have been one of the best estate agents that we have dealt with so keep it up and definitely recommend giving them a chance. Thank you very much for your help : )

We had a been looking out for a home for months in Maidenhead. When we knocked on Romans door one Saturday afternoon(after months of hunting on all the listing apps), they understood our requirements instantly and scheduled us for a house viewing the following Thursday. We loved the house instantly however we had quite a few questions as we have quite recently moved to the UK. Kieran Brown has been the best letting agent ever. He was so patient, kind, understanding as well as being very righteous in painting the right picture for us. He was also so prompt on checking in with us when he got back from his time off and ensured we were ready to move into our new property. Thank you again Kieran for being the best. After an atrocious experience with another high street agent we decided to move with the house sale to Romans and it was a very wise decision. Adam, Chloe and Jacob are an absolutely brilliant team. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Romans on the purchase of my property and been thoroughly impressed with the service. From the moment we started looking they were by far the most helpful and accommodating agent I dealt with. Some were just terrible. I found it hard to book viewing around my partners and my work schedule and they always came through to secure a time that worked for us. The virtual viewing were also really helpful in getting an idea without the need for viewings. Chloe in particular was responsive and really helpful when it came to buying our house. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and didn’t bombard us with endless emails but rather sent ones all of which were interesting. From the moment we made the offer the team were great and helped push things along checking in regularly. I was so impressed with them that I used their recommended surveyor and mortgage broker both of which were efficient and quick. Adam Colvin was an absolute star with handling the purchase of my first property. As a first time buyer, the experience can be daunting and little did I know, but it turned out the seller’s solicitor was less than unresponsive. When placing an offer, Adam understood the price range I was looking for and somehow managed to negotiate on my behalf which lead to my offer being accepted. Throughout the deal he continuously chased the seller’s solicitor on my and my solicitor’s behalf without a single complaint (I’ve never seen such patience) and somehow, 8 months later, we completed! Thank you Adam for putting up with my multiple emails, frustrations and for your quick actions to chase and respond to keep me in the loop! I was also in touch with Chloe Stewart in the first part of working out the deal and she was very quick to respond and kept me updated with every query I had when placing an offer - Thank you Chloe! Buying a home as a first time buyer is quite daunting and confusing. However, the team at Romans Maidenhead were brilliant! They knew answers to all our questions and queries, as well as very knowledgeable of the surrounding area. And if they didn't know the answer to any of our questions - they would go research and come back to us. A top top service! Also, when we weren't getting updates from our solicitors or the sellers - Romans would step in and chase things up. Exactly what you need from your estate agent!
