I have a bought property next door to one let by Prospect Agency Bracknell. TBH I felt compelled to write a review as they are so awful!! They have let to awful tenants, people causing no end of problems, and do they do anything about it...nope!!! They are completely useless, their favourite phrase being "we can't do anything about it". They plain and simple do not care full stop. I will NEVER buy or sell a house through Prospect Bracknell because their attitude says "we don't give a damn about quality as long as we get our money!!" Run for your lives...go with Duncan Yeardly...much more professional and could not do more for me when I bought this place. SO different in their attitude...miles apart!

GoogleWorst estate agency ever!! If I could give you less than one start, I would! We are renting with Prospect Estate Agents in Maidenhead and since we paid the holding fee they have completely abandoned us! Anything that we requested had to be chased multiple times! Only when we tried to switch the heating on we realised that it does not work! We obviously reported it immediately and they told us that it would have been sorted within 3 days, but no one got in touch with us and we are still chasing them to get this fixed! A property with no heating should have not be rented without appropriate communications as it is not habitable! They promise you lots of things, but none of these gets done until you threat them!
