Agnese Rees has been our property manager with Prospect for a few months. As new landlords, she has been very good at keeping us up to date with all surveys and requests and has been very good at finding solutions every time we needed it. Savannah Quirk was the New Sales Agent who dealt with our show round and let us just say how amazing she Is! Right from organising the viewing to the handover she was accommodating and polite. Always at the end of a phone call she even organised a last minute viewing on a Sunday! Could not recommend highly enough and is definitely an asset to Prospect

GoogleWe used Prospect Maidenhead to let our property and they have been excellent. In particular, Jordan and Liam were knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Their enthusiasm to get the property let was most welcome and I was well informed at all times. The steady stream of prospective tenants subsequently resulted in our property being let to a great tenant. I highly recommend their services.

Starting with the feedback received during the initial property evaluation, the guys at Prospect were there to help all along the way. We chose the correct price point to list the property based on current market conditions allowing for maximum exposure to reach the widest audience group. Having understood all the key features, upgrades & history of the property the guys were able to answer questions during the house viewings both professionally & accurately helping build confidence with the prospect buyer and answer the questions raised in full. For the period leading up to exchange of contracts once again the guys were fantastic! They provided constant updates & progress with the sale and also when needed they chased the buyer solicitors to help keep things moving forward. All the team at Prospect have been great, but I can honestly say Colin Sawford & Mav Bains in the sales team were two top guys. Team work, dedication & fantastic customer service has been fully appricated. I would recommend these guys in a heart beat!

We’ve spoken to a whole host of estate agents in regards to buying a house in the area but as soon as we got a call from Max Len from Prospect we knew we were in excellent hands. Both Max and his colleague Cameron Hill have been a pleasure to work with; hugely friendly and genuine, super informative on viewings (they literally knew everything about the properties unlike many of their competitors) and incredibly professional in terms of the various administrative loopholes involved in the process. We’ve just had an offer accepted on a property they contacted us about and we couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking in Maidenhead for a property you need to be using Prospect; it’s a no brainer.
