Fantastic experience

Fantastic experience. I have just finished my PhD, and for my new job, I needed a fast relocation from the North. This is, of course, stressful, but thanks to Gracie's efforts, I had some viewings and found a brilliant flat in a very short time. Also, one thing that really stood out to me about them is that they are very transparent and genuinely want to find a good place for you with no strings attached - something that I am not used to after being in the 'student enviroment' for so long! Highly recommend. Thanks again to Gracie, Matt, Samantha and the rest of the team :)

We’ve just left our rental property after 5yrs and Nikki Gardner, our property manager, couldn’t have been more helpful. With some issues around the check-out leaving us pulling our hair out and potentially losing some of our deposit, Nikki was able to act as go-between with our landlord which resulted in our deposit being returned in full and very quickly. I can't recommend Prospect at Maidenhead highly enough. Right from the start, when we first met Adam to value my Dad's house, he was very courteous and kind and it made the decision to go with them very easy. Throughout the sale process, we were helped by Max and Cameron who were both great but Cameron particularly kept in regular contact, even when unfortunately my Dad died and we had to go through probate. All in all, the whole sale process took nearly a year but we finally completed on the house yesterday. I felt Cameron went above and beyond to ensure we "got across the finishing line" and it was a pleasure to deal with him.

I’d give 11/10 if I could, and a huge heartfelt thank you goes out to the amazing team at Prospect especially the manager Angela. In a time where everything feels rushed, expensive and frankly quite stressful, Angela stood out for all the right reasons. She genuinely listened. She took the time to understand our situation, and never once made us feel like just another number. It’s rare these days to find someone so kind, compassionate, and human in their approach. Angela went above and beyond to help us through a really tricky patch. She didn’t just ‘do her job’ but she cared. She was patient, proactive, and incredibly supportive from the moment we spoke. Honestly, I don’t have enough words to thank her properly. I also want to mention Lloyd, who we dealt with earlier on. He was very kind and supportive. You could tell he was on our side, rooting for us, and doing everything he could to get things moving. The whole team at Prospect have been brilliant, responsive, professional, and supportive every step of the way. I would like to say a big thank you to Matthew Shimmin in particular who made this one of the easiest transitions someone could ask for when finding a new home. I am delighted with how quick and effective the communication and service has been. All of the steps were straightforward and referencing was easy, with help of their virtual assistant.
