One of the best businesses I’ve encountered in the UK. I stayed in a Prospect-managed property in Berkshire and they’ve been incredibly professional throughout the tenancy. This includes check-in management issue reporting and renewal. Even when I requested a rolling contract during the property purchase the agency and landlord communication was spot on. Sophie handled the checkout and was very professional and diligent in communicating. I received my deposit back even before a month, which is unusual in the UK market.

They are the first port of call for the tenants if there are any problems at the properties and manage them efficiently and professionally.
