Got to say from first meeting Michael who came to help us sell the house , both himself and Anna have been so helpful , we didn’t know where to start with the whole process after the sad loss of our father , not only did they help sell the house but also to get a solicitor to aid with the difficult process of probate , thank you to you both a true credit to your profession

I was looking for a buy to let property and managed to find a small one. However, though it was through another real estate agency I wanted to give a shout out to a wonderful young man Mr Sonam Gurung from Prospect estate agency. He was absolutely patient and very helpful to queries, not at all pushy. You could feel he genuinely wanted to help. If you are able to read this Sonam- Thank you. GoogleProspect were amazing through my whole time renting with them from the moment I was shown around as well as during if I had any issues I could contact Gracie and ask her for help and she would give me a swift response or keep me in the loop of finding out what I needed to know. Beth Murphy was my point of contact at Prospect and whilst we didn’t buy or sell our property through the agency I have to say she was one of the best agents I dealt with. Beth really understood and took onboard what we were looking for and she would keep in contact with me enough for me to know that I hadn’t been forgotten about but not in an overbearing way - we were also able to pick up where we left off from the previous conversation and she was genuinely delighted when I was able to update her to say we had sold and also found something. Whilst I understand there are sales targets and KPI’s… unlike with other agencies I never felt like Beth called just to tick a box or sent me an email about a house that was completely unsuitable just to say she had sent it to X number of people. As a busy mum of three when you are looking for property you need to have agents like Beth who won’t waste your time, will give you measured mature and honest information about the market and houses and just generally appreciate what life can be like. I really enjoyed speaking to Beth - an asset to your company.

We met Beth at our first viewing a few months ago. She was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about every property she showed us, more than once working later than her normal hours to accommodate our timescales. We did see quite a few properties (!) but Beth was never impatient and made us feel that we needed to be sure it was right for us. Then she efficiently got the ball rolling with solicitors and regularly chased up each party. Although I have no complaints about my selling agents, I just wish I had placed my property for sale with Beth at Prospect!

I used to be a Tennant with prospects for 6 years. All was well and good throughout the tenancy, a few hiccups through out including tradespersons who lie about work being conducted. however the worst part was at the end of the tenancy where all communications cease, you get ignored for days on end, and you get stung by deductions that are un-reasonable and unjustifiable; especially when you have 6years of excellent property inspection reports and never any warnings or concerns raised. They lie to you and only own up when a subject access request is submitted. Be cautious, keep all emails and communications with them and when it comes to tenancy terminations I advise just use the TDS to support you!

We are now into our third year of letting our property through Prospect in Bracknell. Our experience has gone far beyond expectations. From the first meeting with Harry Pangbourn, he gave us the confidence to choose Prospect lettings agency. He was completely open and honest and we felt we could completely trust his advice. We were proven correct. Throughout this time we have dealt with various members of the team in Bracknell (including Oliver) and they’ve all been professional, following through all tasks while keeping us informed at each stage. A big shout out also goes to Katie Clark who is our property manager. We recently had a difficult situation with a tenant which she dealt with head-on and again, kept us informed and went the extra mile for us when the new tenant moved in. Having dealt with a couple of other agencies in the past, we can categorically say that Prospect Bracknell are streets ahead in terms of customer service and communication. They really do take care of the details and represent the landlord exceptionally well. Highly recommended! 5* service.

Prospect have been very professional and friendly whilst organising the tenancy for our flat in Reading. Chira Gavaghan and Beckie Baxter in particular were extremely receptive, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire sign-on process. The only detriment to Prospect's business is their use of GoodLord, who failed multiple times to follow up on referencing, ultimately causing major delays in our signing and a lot of unnecessary worrying regarding our move! Both Chira and Beckie were extremely reassuring during this, and I am grateful for their pragmatism and helpfulness.

GoogleOverall bad experience with Prospect. Multiple cancelled bookings two hours before I was supposed to arrive - reason given as not having access to the property or forgetting someone else had already placed an offer. They cancelled a viewing and didn’t let me know until i’d called them to confirm on the same day. Overall reluctance to offer viewings when speaking to office staff. Really poor communication and disorganisation from this team - I would avoid using if possible.

Prospect manage several of my properties, Chloe Reilly, my dedicated property manager is fantastic, capable and always at the end of the phone or email and ready with a solution when needed. I feel Prospect are an integral part of my business. They are the first port of call for the tenants if there are any problems and manage them efficiently and professionally. Prospect make me aware of any legal requirements, especially with the new renters rights bill and I also rely on the check in/ inspection/checkout reports they organise for me.

Lily Sines was my property manager at Prospect. I was in the property for 9 years, Lily was my property manager for the last few years. She is professional, kind and helpful in her dealings with you. She was quick to respond to any issues raised, chase up with whomever she needed to and ensure the work was completed in a timely manner. She always responded to my emails and would call me back if I left her a voicemail message. I can definitely recommend her and hope that she receives the recognition in her role within Prospect, as she is definitely an asset to the company. Kate is my property manager and recently with all the changes in cost of living in the UK, she has really been attentive to changes needed to provide both my tenants and myself the best service. Always proactive in communication and raising any issues in a clear and concise fashion enables me to make the right decisions, and quickly, for the benefit of my tenants. I would recommend Prospect to any landlords needing full management, if they were all like Kate.

Highly recommend. We have had a relationship with Prospect for over 15 years buying and selling 2 properties, using them to find us tenants and draw up contracts. They have always been very professional, personable and providing excellent support. We recently sold one of the properties working with Paul Wickens. He found a buyer in one day, recommended APL solicitors who were also extremely helpful, supportive and communicative.

Daniel @ Prospect Aldershot is the best agent I’ve come across. We were the buyers and he was very responsive, helpful and decent. He held our chain together when we nearly pulled out, and took personal responsibility for resolving all issues we faced. I spoke to him more often than my own agents who were selling my old house. Not planning on moving house again any time soon (!) but if/when we do we’ll definitely use them.
