Review for Marina Kisieliovaite

I’ve had an outstanding experience with the property manager for Regis Park, Reading - Marina Kisieliovaite, and she truly deserves recognition. She is consistently helpful, quick to respond, and always ready to find solutions without any fuss. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble for her. Her professionalism, calm approach, and genuine care have made the entire relationship smooth and stress free. I’m genuinely pleased with the service she provides and grateful to have her looking after the property.

I am happy to share my experience last year when I rented the property I am currently living in. Everything was possible under the proper guidance of the property manager Nancy Suri Marla, who maintained efficient communication between Prospect agency, landlord and us.

I can’t recommend Angus Wilde enough. I have a portfolio of properties which I always list with him. He is knowledgeable, commercial and understands my needs. I trust his judgment and I like him as a person. If you are looking to rent out a property or rent a property my advice would be to give Angus a call!

Best ever property manager

I have been working with Emily from the Maidenhead branch for over a year now who manages my property. She is phenomenal in getting issues solved and even saved me £7,000 on a repair that was not needed from her own investigation! Could not have had a better experience with a property manager whilst I have been living abroad.

Professional helpful and went out of way

Got to say from first meeting Michael who came to help us sell the house , both himself and Anna have been so helpful , we didn’t know where to start with the whole process after the sad loss of our father , not only did they help sell the house but also to get a solicitor to aid with the difficult process of probate , thank you to you both a true credit to your profession Simon

Review for Max Len at Prospect Estate Agents Max! you're an absolute asset to Prospect. Your customer service, attentiveness, and patience have been outstanding throughout our search. You kept us updated on every suitable property hitting the market for over a year, always proactive, always professional, and always with a great attitude. Although my partner and I ended up finding a property through another agent (sorry, Max!), we genuinely couldn’t recommend you more highly. If anyone’s looking for an estate agent who actually listens, communicates, and sticks with you, Max is your guy. Mighty Max at Prospect, the property powerhouse you didn’t know you needed! And Max, if you ever need a job in customer service, give me a shout! Thanks again for all your help. All the best, Rob Barrett

I was looking for a buy to let property…

I was looking for a buy to let property and managed to find a small one. However, though it was through another real estate agency I wanted to give a shout out to a wonderful young man Mr Sonam Gurung from Prospect estate agency. He was absolutely patient and very helpful to queries, not at all pushy. You could feel he genuinely wanted to help. If you are able to read this Sonam- Thank you. Hopefully I will be able to use your service one day.

Prospect were amazing through my whole time renting with them from the moment I was shown around as well as during if I had any issues I could contact Gracie and ask her for help and she would give me a swift response or keep me in the loop of finding out what I needed to know. Would definitely recommend!
