TrustpilotI recently offered on a property…
I recently offered on a property through Beth in Warfield - absolutely gutted to have lost out on it to another bidder, but would like to thank Beth for being considerate and extremely honest throughout the process, after some negative experiences with other local agents her approach was refreshing.

TrustpilotCharlotte Morgan presented a house to…
Charlotte Morgan presented a house to us for rent which we are very pleased to have made an offer on which was accepted. We are moving back from overseas and changing jobs so the automated reference system was a challenge. Charlotte helped us all the way and was always available for calls and questions. We were actually away on holiday and getting it sorted out allowed us to relax, without her we may have given up! Brilliant!!

TrustpilotExcellent rental property management
My rental property manager, Kate Smith, is responsive and takes initiative when there is no time to wait for an answer. Engaging with contractors, obtaining quotes, and providing feedback along the way. Always informed, I feel I am in control even if I live in another country - and time zone. Thanks for what you do Kate!
Thank you for your 5* review, Elardus.

TrustpilotTenants' Nightmare: Prospect in Reading Fails to Address Long-Standing Issues, Leaving Renters Frustrated and Helpless
Our experience has been very BAD and DISAPPONTING. We are renting a property with Prospect in Reading and it takes ages to resolve our issues, most of which have been outstanding for over 6 months. The landlord is very adamant about not completing basic repairs, as stipulated in the lease and Prospect has not been able to help us anyway. They also give us the same updates every time with no resolutions. It is really frustrating that our concerns are not heard and we have no other options but to live-with-it. Unfortunately there is no break clause in our 2-year lease. Therefore, we are bound to pay the increased rent despite the outstanding issues.

TrustpilotAnna Elema
I am so pleased with what help i have received from Anna. I was put into a situation which i was going to be homeless as my flat fell through and was only given little than 48 hours notice. Anna was lovely and was so helpful with showing me around the flat and all the information i needed!

GoogleAfter having experience with other agencies it has been a few years now that we have been tenants with Prospect and I can say that I am really comfortable! Our property manager is Virginia Ayres, a really nice person and above all very professional. We have established a trusting client agency relationship which in my opinion is very important and not always easy to find. Whenever we need something she is always available and ready to help us and quick to solve problems. We are really lucky to have found such a lovely person and agency. Thanks to all Prospect Team. I felt the speed and efficiency of the staff to be first class and the way I was able to connect and communicate with the agency representative was particularly outstanding. Charlie Philips was exceptionally instrumental in his all round attitude, perception, punctuality and prompt handling of my entire experience, from initial search and viewing to completion of referencing.

Trustpilot10/10 service!
Definitely recommend! Beth was amazing right from the first introduction, she really took the time to make me feel comfortable and reassured me that the process of selling my house would be handled well as it was under difficult circumstances. Couldn’t have asked for better, thank you Beth!

TrustpilotNever again!
We sold our house, completing in November, with Prospects Bracknell. Where do I start? It was possibly one of the most unpleasantly, stressful experiences of my life. Throughout the process, we were pressurised over everything; accepting offers, looking for a purchase, vacating the property and agreeing a completion date. On and on it went. We were told we 'didn't understand the market' had 'probably lost our buyers' and at one point it was suggested we 'should part company'. I know what you're thinking ... that we were somehow at fault. All I can say is that we were inexperienced and expected a modicum of help and advice. Should you have the unenviable challenge of dealing with a particular member of staff, you might understand how our expectations were not realised. Unless you are gluttons for punishment, go elsewhere, anywhere, quickly!!!!

Prospect Reading were fantastic when selling our home this week. Michael and Toby in particular were stars. We achieved a sale within a few days of going to market and above the asking price. The communication has been first class and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.
